Hey guys, as we all know Indian Idol def has taken India by storm and its become to one of the top singing competition in India today and looking at the past seasons and winners + contestants, do you think the bar has risen and expectations are higher this year?

So far, it seems that our Indian Idol : Abhijeet Sawant has gone long ways to prove his talent and we've seen him pop in so many ways: bolly songs and album... honestly, I heard his album and I cannot tell you how amazed I was listening to him!

I hope this year s better and more exciting and we see all types of singers

They say that they raise the bar every year! & this year is no different. But this time I guess theyve taken it a bit seriously seeing they didnt give anybody a yellow card so easily at first😆

Well I feel that they have taken it more seriously than before, and i really trust Kalish ji, He has a superb taste in music, but i'm worried than anu ji will not let him decided. I hope this time atleast the judges come together and choose the best.

hope they have....its still 2 early 2 tell....lets c wot happenz...but over the yrs there has been sum gud talent in idol...so this yr shudnt b any diff i guess

as long as javed saab is there...wrong judgement will be made...

anuji goes over the top to prove himself, even if he's right, he says such things just to prove it, that he goes all wrong loll

sonali doesnt noe anything about singing...shes there for personality, so that says it all..

kailash is the only guy to trust this time....but hes such a funny/cute character, hope he is taken seriously...he's an advantage for ii4.....last year we had alisha and udit, alisha was no better than sonali, and udit was just there for no reason....so hopefully this season turns out to be better than last season...

so far, onli the first 2 seasons as a whole have been impressive.....but onli the first winner has been able to maintain his name and title!

This year the Judges have become more strict. Fights b/w Anu & other Judges on the panel is common. I would have been surpirsed if that would have gone missing. Kailash Kher is one among all the four Judges who is polite & sweet to the contestants so is Sonali.

hmmm....meghz does that mean u dont like javed saab? 😲

I think he is one of the most intelligent judges on the panel....anu malik is ok in his judgements but it seems like he prefers a good bit of bickering over true judgement.

Kailash kher looks promising but we need to see more of him.

And like u all said, Sonali just adds personality but im enjoying watching her - she seems sweet 😃
