Thank you for this. Honestly, I think he sang both songs well. But even if the second one wasn't up to par, it's still unfair to cut it out. It would give him an unfair advantage. I mean, why couldn't they cut out Sawai's performance this week too then? He messed up much worse than this.

I appreciate your love and respect for SMP. I am glad there are people who really like her singing. It just doesn't do it for me. I prefer more melodious singing which I get from Pawandeep, Arunita, Danish, Sayli, and Nachiket.

Whoa whoa, calm down. Danish and his uncles have always been given footage for their "acting" but that in no way can invalidate how good of a singer he is. And Ekta just gave Arunita a kaala teeka, not a crown (like a certain other contestant). And the judges have always hinted at who had the potential to win in every season. That doesn't mean Arunita would win too. But just like Danish, Arunita is such a good singer that she deserves the hype. Only I wish the hype would focus on her singing and not her beauty. Also, a guest is allowed to admire a certain performer. So what if Jeetendra likes Pawandeep? That's his personal opinion. You think Himesh's reaction to Pawandeep's performance was overhyped? How come you never have to say this when the judges go gaga over SMP? Today, SMP gave a performance with Vishal on Udta Punjab after her actual performance. Do you think that is special treatment too?

I understand that you have favorites, but the other contestants are good too, and the judges and guests are going to praise them too. You can't expect for the focus to stay on SMP and Sireesha only.

You think Sayli, Nachiket, Anjali and Sawai are getting special treatment? How exactly? How are they getting hyped? Last weekend, Sayli and Anjali only sang once in both episodes. Nachiket has consistently only been given one song to sing. And you must have seen Vishal's reaction to Sawai's blunder today. I understand why you think Arunita, Danish, and Pawandeep are getting hyped, but honestly, at least Arunita and Danish deserve it. And what do you mean by why are they still on the show? You've said that you have a problem with every contestant except SMP and Sireesha. You want them all to be eliminated so your favorite can be crowned? Why even watch the show then? Just watch SMP's performances and then tune in directly on the grand finale to see her win. What's the point of making the show if you want everyone gone except one?

I didn’t enjoy today’s performances as much. They were good, but not wow!

Sireesha - I enjoyed both her performances. She is such a brilliant performer but I see her confidence has dropped. I don’t blame her, it’s like she almost never gets MBD or enough compliments. It seems the judges want her out. Honestly, she’s at par with Arunita and Sayli.

Nihal - was he singing a song or a nursery rhyme? There was no inflection in his voice! He needs to be ASAP. Seriously, anyone can sing better than that.

Ashish - I fail to understand why the judges like him so much. He can’t pronounce words, he doesn’t finish his words, and his singing was flat today.

Sayli - another brilliant performance, her vocal expressions are unmatched. She’s been giving one good performance after another and quickly gaining favour with the judges. I’m glad, because she deserves all the appreciation she’s getting.

Danish - I didn’t enjoy his first performance. It was very dull. He did much better in the second one, that performance I enjoyed. Overall I’ll just say it wasn’t his best.

Arunita - She sang well, but today I think she struggled hitting the high notes at times. Her voice is usually composed, but today I thought she had some trouble. In spite of that she did a fantastic job. She was one of the better singers today. It’s just that I have such high expectations from her.

Pawandeep - I liked him today after very long. I still think he doesn’t sing with enough feel, but today it wasn’t bad. He sings very effortlessly and that is one thing I like about him (and Sireesha).

SMP: I enjoyed her first performance. I even liked the variation she brought into the song. I didn’t think I’d ever write this but she was genuinely good in the first song. However, she shouldn’t have sung Udta Punjab. She (like Ashish) doesn’t finish her words, they literally run into one another. This was especially prominent when she sang with Vishal. It ruined the song for me. Without clarity it’s just like screaming to my ears.

Nachiket - he was really good. After high pitched Arunita, and screaming SMP, his voice just sounded so soothing to the ears. He has a very sweet voice and he doesn’t play around much with the original composition. It’s nice in a way because you can judge him better and easier, but also shows lack of creativity. It’s sad that he doesn’t get appreciated enough. Why no MBD?

Anjali - Wow!! She was outstanding. Not a note out of place. For a 14 year old she’s got immense control over her voice. I wish she sang different genres, she’s young and they can train her to become a semi classical or a more ‘commercial’/playback singer.

Sawai - I have no words. He forgot the lyrics even after the judges asked him to stop and recollect the lyrics. In a competition that’s unpardonable. He did get nervous after that and never quite recovered. Whatever he sang I quite enjoyed, but I know it wasn’t his best.

Clearly the judges are biased, Pawandeep barely started and Himesh was acting like a lunatic! SMP barely started and all judges went berserk. These two are their clear favourites and nobody can deny that.

Why did everyone sing two songs, but Nachiket only one? This has been happening quite often. It does seem like the judges want him out. I think they really want him and Sireesha out. They know they’re both good and have a decent fan following, they could cause an upset.

Also, what’s with the judges comments while contestants are singing? I wish the creatives would listen to us and mute their mikes during performances. And Neha’s face when Anjali was singing and her Ahahaha - like she really appreciates that kind of music!!!

Also, everyone only sang Jeetendra songs, but the judges darling SMP gets to sing a song not picturized on him. I know the movie was produced by Ekta Kapoor, but nobody else was allowed to sing a song from one of Ekta’s films. Special privileges for SMP, and there are people who will still deny that there is favouritsm.

I’m worried about tomorrow’s elimination. I’m getting a feeling that Sireesha will be out. Clearly she deserves to stay over Nihal, Ashish and SMP.

My top performer for today is Sayli, and worst is Nihal.

Are you serious? Can you tell me what special treatment they’ve gotten? Because I clearly can’t see it.
Yes, Pawandeep, Danish and Arunita seem to be amongst their favourites but their most favourite seems to be SMP. Of course you choose to overlook that.
Anjali, Sayli and Nachiket get to sing the least, do you think that is support?

follow wat u preach . Danish , Arunita are interested in acting than singing , dis is singing Indian idol show not acting , beauty show . Danish’s uncle can go to auditions r acting show . They can go to tat shows . Wat u said about others applies to smp also . smp also deserves d hype n she is talented n mostly her music talent is appreciated . Sireesha is under rated n they tried ideal bahu but she is concentrating on singing n she deserves more appreciation .

I can understand u ve ur favs n blind hatred for smp n stop attacking ppl for mentioning smp , every one can’t blindly hate smp n sing praises on ur favs .

@Bold: Nachiket did get a MBD today. Neha was acting like she didn't like his performance and said she was disappointed, but then went on to say that she was actually disappointed in herself for thinking Nachiket couldn't pull it off. And then she gave MBD. In fact, Himesh also praised him for his versatility by saying how he can do justice to both "Megha re megha re" and "My name is Anthony Gonsalvez."

@Red: Dude, I am so genuinely scared for Nachiket and Sireesha, it's not even funny. If either of them leave tomorrow, I'm gonna quit this show.

@Blue: Neha gives comments at the weirdest times when the singer hasn't really done anything extraordinary and none of the other judges are even saying anything. It's so annoying.

@Green: No one can convince me that SMP wasn't given special treatment today. Even if they say her second song was related to Ekta Kapoor. How come no one else got to sing a song from a movie produced by her? I even put out a whole list of amazing songs that have been part of her movies that other contestants could have sung. Heck, we would've finally gotten the variety we've been begging for if it really happened.

I saw the Neha act after Nachikets song, but they didn’t show the MBD here, the actually edit the show quite a bit for European users. My bad.

Yes, even I’m scared for Nachiket and Sireesha. The way these two have been neglected are clear indicators that the show doesn’t want them. However, I see Nachiket has a slightly bigger fan following so I feel Sireesha may be eliminated.

Most of Sireeshas fans, I guess are from her regional singing competition days.
Either one of them getting eliminated now will be unfair. They clearly are superior singers
