Update 25th January
The show starts with Chandni coming out of Sheeba's house with tears in her eyes. She gets very emotional and thanks mata rani for being with her. She says that unless the Godesses blessings weren't with her she wouldn't have been able to face Sheeba.
Beeji is coming out of her house when she faces Romeo. She asks him what he is doing up so early. He tells her the same thing she is, waiting for water information. Beeji tells him she's very worried about the 750 rupees that they'll have to pay for water. She tells him already chandni has so many responsibilities on her head and now added resp of this money. Romeo offers to help her out by asking his boss for the rupees.Beeji declines by saying that romeo has helped them out enough already. Romeo says that people from small towns are too proudy and that in mumbai if you need help then you have to ask. Beeji smiles and tells him to find out if the water is there.
Everyone else in the chawl are very haggered by the problem. Sunita catches some female stealing her water. She has to prepare dubba's and send them and she scolds the female. she tells her that she has paid for the water and now it got stole. She's shouting at the woman when beeji enters. The woman says that her son is unwell with fever. Whole night she was giving him cold compress and her hands have swolen because of it and her son needs the water. Mukund enters with water and sunita tells mukund to give one bucket to the lady.
Adi and vishesh are nervously looking at the foreign delegates. Adi says that he is impressed with them. Vishesh tells him that they are playing with words. They haven't come to india to give speech. He tells Adi he can guess what steps they'll take to ensure that India calling works according to them. He says that the foreigners are only playing with words so that when they speak to vishesh finally he cannot deny anything.
Outside everybody is nervous. Kavita says that if some of them are shifted to a call center in US then it'll be fun. She will be with her bf. Kabir says nothing like this will happen. If the merger happens then some of them will get the pinkslip and they will be asked to go. They'll then have to find a job in India and no america. Smita gets very nervous and Varun tells kabir to think positive sometimes, it doesn't take tax for that. Varun then tells smita to not get worried or take Kabir seriously. Smita tells him to keep his advise to himself and not irritate her.
Varun then says he can make a guess at what'll happen and he thinks it'll affect them all. Chandni returns and Amy tells her that she took too long. Chandni tells her that it was important for her to meet sheeba. She tells amy that sheeba will have to eventually tell her about minidi. She tells amy that she has given sheeba her no and asks if its ok. Amy says it is and she doesn't have to ask her for permission. (ha?!?!? Since when did they become best friends?)
Sheeba tells the woman in black that chandni will not give up easily. She even gave the tickets back and she wasn't scared by the threat. She tells The woman that Chandni will not leave untill she finds manisha kappor. She says she can't do anything and is confused.
Meanwhile, The foreigners are busy scanning the laptops. He looks at vishesh and asks that so many ppl work for you? Vishesh says that they work in two shifts of eight hours. The foreinger says that so many ppl can fill a football stadium. He then asks for their revenue reports and vishesh points to a file. Adi gets a sms from varun and adi reads it. Varun's message asks abt the merger and meeting. Vishesh asks Adi what is more important than the meeting. Adi excuses himself and tells vishesh that come gadbad is here in the hub.
Varun meets Adi in his office. He asks Adi if something is decided. Adi says no. Varun is shocked tht after four hours they've not decided anything. Adi tells Varun to relax. He tells Varun that IC may go through some operational changes. They may have a name change or change in other stratergy. Nothing major. Varun says that ppl outside, the ordinary ppl of Ic are worried about their salary.?Jenny is standing outside and hearing all of this.
In the canteen everyone is discussing what's going to happen with the new merger. Kabir says either their salary will be cut or they'll be given the pink slip. Smita is worried that they alreayd get very little salary. What will she do if its cut more. Amy says whatever and is not too bothered. Chandni says that if they're working properly then they shouldn't be fired. Bascically discussion chalta hai. Jenny comes and tells them what she heard. Chandni gets angry over change of name. Meanwhile Varun enters the canteen and chandni asks him abt name change. Varun says yeah maybe, but that wouldn't matter. If India calling became US calling, work will remain work.
Then chandni asks him where he's from. He says bihar and everyone starst laughing. Chandni says even though ppl laughed at you would you change your state name? Varun says no that he;s proud of his state. Then she asks Smita if for money she would change her name. Smita says she will need the money but she won't change her name. chandni says that same way, she's proud to be indian and that india calling's name shouldn't be change. Adi comes in and he asks chandni why she is doing nara of india. Amy gets a call on the cell and she signals chandu. Chandni says to adi that she;s only sharing her opinion and then goes to attend the call.
Its sheeba and she tells chandni to meet her the next day at 10:30 and chandni would finally meet her sister. Chandni is excited and tells amy. Both give a funny expreassion and the episode ends.
Tomorrow: Everyone is worried about their salary and the merger. Vishesh has called everyone two hours early the next day for a major annoucement.
Adi and vishesh are at home and vishesh tells Adi that the merger will affect everyone at IC.
What will happen? Will Chandu meet her sister? Will she get fired? Handed the pink slip? Or will they cut her salary? How will they solve the water problem? One way to find out. Tomorrow's episode.
