Again a nice episode. I am really glad that they are keeping Surya ka character intact and not making him a ML who sways between wife and his ex-GF. I hate that kind of MLs.

Surya and Imlie are going and then Surya receives a call saying Anjali got into an accident. Both of them rush to the accident spot. Anjali is unconscious but Surya does not even touch her. The people who are at the accident spot tell Surya that she is unconscious and needs to be carried. Surya does not even want to lift her but Imlie seeing his situation comes forward and lifts Anjali up. Thank god - I did not want to see Surya picking up Anjali in his arms.

Anjali is checked by the doctor and the first thing Surya asks is can she go home. Bechara just does not want Anjali around him. Nirmala makes her usual vampy moves and gets Tayiamma's permission to have Anjali stay at home till she gets completely fine.

In night time Imlie is studying but she keeps on remembering the various things that happened and is thinking as to why Surya married her if he was having Anjali in his life. Looks like Surya and Imlie are still not staying in a single room at night. I feel bad for Surya - The mother and sister are doing their level best to break up his marriage with Imlie. Imlie was phigaloaing due to Holi festival but now she again has her guard up after Anjali came in.

In the morning Anjali needs to have the doctor check up done and asks Malti to request Surya to come with them. Surya very cleverly gets Imlie to accompany him. But Malti as usual tries her moves to separate Surya - Imlie and keeps on saying bakwaas. I liked the fact that Surya stood up for Imlie and said that he has married Imlie with all rituals and she is his wife. Thank god there was no contract marriage this time around. I think here is where Surya is seeing the difference between Imlie, Malti and Anjali.

Bechara Surya was so frustrated when he was asked to fill in the form on behalf of Anjali. Malti comes in and starts her usual rant and finally spills the beans that Surya and Anjali were in love.

So chalo now it is trp time and we need to see how the trps came out for last week as IPL started off in full swing with a match every day. Also last week was when Surya and Imlie got married and came home and living together in Chaudhary mansion. So let's see how the audience reacts to this new Imlie 3.2 story line featuring Surya and Imlie.

I don't get Malti's anger on Imlie. Did Surya not show the video of Raghu killing Monty and then trying to kill Imlie ? She is alag level ka delusion and she thinks that Imlie is the reason her brother has put Raghu in jail. Behen kiss angle se he looks like a decent husband ? Full on goonda lagta hain - Sahi hain bhai - Pyaar main log andhe ho jaate hain.

I hated the way Malti kept on getting Agastya ka name and telling Anjali that Imlie was a widow and her brother did ehsaan on Imlie by marrying her. I am glad that Surya took a firm stand and told that he married Imlie with all the rituals and she is his wife and that is the truth if someone likes it or not. That firmness was much needed but Malti and now Anjali both are being delusional.

The last part where Surya fills in the form for Anjali - Imlie was so disturbed that Surya knows so much about Anjali. When the nurse asked about identifying birth marks Surya was so pissed. Imlie ko bhi bahut bura lag raha tha - She was feeling bad that her husband knows nothing about her but knows so much about Anjali. She is definitely moving on from past and trying to make the best of her present.

Today the awkward glances between Surya and Imlie were done really good. Surya as the husband who does not want to give any galat ideas to his wife and kept on clarifying his stance regarding the marriage and her. Imlie as the wife who was getting somewhat normal and now this sudden arrival of Anjali has again thrown her life in disarray and she is now unable to understand why Surya married her. Sai and Adrija nail these sequences hands down.

Can I say that I am so impressed with Surya today. No one can tell me not to pighlofy for him anymore. He deserves it.

This could be a classic TRP track where they show the ML do sketchy things with the third angle (here all the more coz of the history). But BOY, am I impressed or what!!!!

These are the same makers who made Agastya carry a behosh Nyonika and bring her to the house, made her sleep in their bedroom to recover. Surya did not even flinch or move today. He is so firm in his stance - he married Imlie with all the rituals and she is his wife.

It was such a domestic scene, her taunting him because she was pissed seeing them talk the previous night. I love how Surya is not doing a single thing that could seem off. Specially given his history and his current equation with Imlie, it would be tempting to falter but no, this man didn't.

1. He did not pick Anjali up even when she had fainted, Imlie had to interfere.

2. The first thing he asked the doctor was if Anjali can go back.

3. He gave Anjali back strongly when she questioned him as she has no rights to talk to a married man. He ran behind Imlie to clarify to her.

4. He forced Imlie to accompany them to the hospital.

5. His adjusted the mirror to see Imlie and kept looking at her.

6. He clarified to Malti and Anjali very assertively that he married Imlie not due to pity but with full rituals and she is his wife now.

7. Even at the hospital, he kept doing the bare minimum, told Imlie there was nothing between Anjali and him.

I really hope the makers don't make me fall flat on my face tomorrow. Today, he had many chances to falter but this man passed with flying colors. Aaj ke liye main pighal gayi.

Even if the show ends prematurely, I want to be proud that we did not have immoral and questionable tracks in our show.

Whatever they’ve put in this new background music, I’m loving it! This is exactly what we needed, some freshness, something to bring back a life into the show. It amplified every scene in such a wonderful way.

Call me barfi because I think I’m starting to pighlao hard today. The shiddat with which Surya defends his marriage with Imlie is downright admirable. There isn’t a single moment where he swayed away from his wife. I was preparing myself mentally for him to pick up Anjali after the accident, but even there he hesitated and kept looking back at Imlie. She had to swoop in and ask him to help instead.

Yeh Anjali neend mein bhi “Sunny Boy” bolti hai, matlab kuch bhi. She’s not even that bad for now, there’s so many instance where she would’ve back down if it weren’t for Malti Balti. I’m glad both Imlie and Surya aren’t tolerating her bakwas silently. Super low move for her to bring up Agastya in a way to discredit her brother and his wife’s relationship in front of her bestie.

During both of the car rides, Surya’s eyes were glued on Imlie and she wasn’t looking away either. Sai and Adrija are back at it again with that magical eyelock, Surya and Imlie are really giving pati-patni vibes more and more everyday. The entire scene in the room was well shot, Surya was so careful and polite, almost like he was waiting for her to get mad. And Imlie’s eyes, although, inquisitive and perplexed, held so much innocence all through out the episode, her skin had a different glow as well. I just want someone to slowly work on her styling as she settles into her marriage, give us back the sharees.

I’m really hoping that Anjali’s presence in the house is going to push Imlie and Surya to share a room soon. The entire night sequence was so well paced, for once it didn’t feel rushed. I loved their little banter in the kitchen, super domestic of them. Both of them really used Tayyi’s strict nature to their advantage lol. Surya looked so satisfied with himself when he was able to take Imlie along with him.

Maybe it’s because of my friendships, but I’m not reading too deeply into Surya knowing Anjali’s parent’s name or her blood group. I know they’re trying to establish the history but it doesn’t bother me. Hota hai when you know someone for a while, especially when you care for them. Anjali was is his past and Imlie is his future, his care and concern for his wife is all that matters to me.

Overall, very satisfied with today’s episode, especially because it was a 21 minute one. Things are finally picking up and I’m going to hope that they keep that energy. Imlie and Surya needed a conflict worth creating angst in their lives, and now they have it!

No, but honestly so many good moments. Sai and Adrija really carried the episode today with their silent but subtle micro-expressions.

This is the second day in a row that I’m doing a rewatch of the episode after my first viewing, just so I can experience and understand the scenes even better.

Holi and Anjali’s entry was the perfect catalyst to jumpstart the story in the right direction. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed that the TRPs are in favour of the show and that the PH doesn’t ruin things from here.

I am so annoyed at Malti. If it were not for her constant nudging and encouragement (read- brainwashing), Anjali may have left already.

Zara self respect nahi hai Anjali main. Surya dumped her after he married someone else. Can she move on in life, he did not appear guilty or even apologize? His stance on the marriage seems pretty clear - now whether he pity married Imlie, he is angry with her or unhappy in the marriage, it is not her concern.

Malti can be pissed at Imlie due to whatever stupid MU she has but despite repeated requests from Surya she is making his life hell. I don't know how much more assertive can he be with this Balti so usko bheje main baat jaaye. She cannot interefere in their married life. I hated how she brought Agastya in between, such a low blow. I am glad Imlie put her in her place. Aur bhi suna dena chahiye Surya Imlie ne isko. I want Surya to choose his wife over his sister who is hell bent on ruining his life.

I hope Surya stops sleeping outside their bedroom allowing the teen deviya (Nirmala, Malti and Anjali) to scheme and plot against them. I love how assertive Surya is and even when Imlie will try to bring him closer to Anjali in the future, he will not let that happen.

I don't see why the Agastya accident truth reveal track needs to be opened at this stage. They should have kept this for when Imlie is about to realize her love for Surya.

Consistency is what I needed from Surya in order for me to do the same and we’re finally getting it balti bhar bhar ke. It’s a river’s current and we’re all being carried by it towards a naya manzil.

Bold: I loved these little moments so much! I like how Imlie isn’t mad, she’s just conflicted with what she’s feeling and with how to deal with this new information.

It seems like Surya and her will both think about the other’s wellbeing but in secret. He doesn’t wanna add more on to her plate as he thinks she already has had enough to deal with. And she will feel guilty that he’s sacrificing his happiness for her sake. Both will be in the pursuit of the other’s happiness.

Agastya and Imlie had comfort and solace, their love was the peace each of them were looking for their entire life. I could go on about them forever honestly, it was pure rahat, two lost and wounded souls finding their missing piece.

But I will say that I’m looking for forward to this new found care and concern being the foundation of Surya and Imlie’s relationship. They’re kind of going to be each other’s well wisher in that sense.
