Looks like the expected misunderstanding of whose voice it is will happen tomorrow - and cheeni will milk this to her advantage - and parallely athlie connect will keep happening inspite of this. I am actually looking forward to atharva’s side of the family ha ha .. looks like we just got the dad for now .. 😆

I too want to see a guy who do his own work without ordering around people using his influence to destroy lives 😆. And I'm liking the actor so far. Never saw his work before but he's good.

No, they've also cast a mom for him I think....I remember reading an article way back that the lady who played the mom of Shaheer's brother in Yeh Rishte hain pyar ke is gonna be the ML's mom post leap in Imlie😆

They've also cast some guy who was previously working in the Ghum show....lol woh sab ML ki family side ke characters honge then I guess. Also some guy who worked in QH 2.0 with Gul before was cast (possibly as Jaggu)....dheere dheere sab reveal karenge.

@bold: Yes, it is nice to see a guy with principles again in this show.....arsaa ho gaya tha aisa ML dekhe huye in Imlie😆

Gul doesn't really "realize" anything....lol she just keeps doing odd/even type pairings😆.....I'd said this earlier when gen leap news came out ki Imlie ki beti will be the opposite of her personality....that is usually how Gul does it....and wohi hua....this Imlie is not blatantly AGGRESSIVE like original Imlie constantly was. And ML bhi thankfully Gul has decided to flip from doing the typical businessman zone that she was boring us with since last few months.

They did. He was berating him on call 🤔. Dont know the name of the actor. They are going to introduce his family one by one I think .....Then they'll start phasing out the older cast ....except sundar and arpita maybe . Afterall imlie will be needing her maayka from time to time 😆

Yes, the actor doesn't seem like a familiar face on ITV....not sure if he's been pulled from some other Gul show but I haven't seen him before.

Atharva ke house ka set also looked big and opulent in the background na😆.....Imlie ka future maayka😆

I just finished watching the epi and I'm already loving Atharva ki sarcastic side😆.....the way he mocked his dad when he picked up his call ki lagta hai bahut lambi business se bhari zindagi jeeyenge aap😆. KV has a nice voice👏.....I'm liking that it's naturally deep without being PUT ON😛

There is a restlessness in his character....definitely looking to rebel and break free from his father who constantly reminds him that he has no real freedom. He seems to be someone who finds solace in music so it's no wonder he will be drawn to Imlie's poetry since music and poetry go hand in hand.

They will probably have clashes about Hindi v/s English too😆....let's see how their nok jhonk phase begins....haha

Despite allll the mahaanta and bechaari sanskaari cliches they are trying to show in Imlie, I can't help but like her😆

I'm still trying to figure out if it's cuz Megha is portraying her so pleasantly or it's that the aggressive brat version of Imlie had become soooo stagnant and one-tone over time that this is feeling like a nice change from the usual 😆.....it's feeling nice to see a different interpretation of Imlie.....a version with quiet strength, a version with scope to grow rather than remaining the same brattish bully from the first epi to the last😆

Given what I've heard about Megha's previous roles which were more assertive and strong, I wonder if she's been cast so that this Imlie can grow/evolve from her current struggles with confidence to someone much stronger and more confident in herself.

Original Imlie toh forgot her poems way back....this Imlie may get a chance to continue narrating her poems cuz a) that will the connection between her and the ML and b) Divy saab ko apni poetries ka outlet kahin na kahin se chahiye hota hai😆
