New talent got chance to show their charisma. Maybe which wasn't possible under mentorship.

I'm not accusing anyone, just telling that sometimes fresher have better efficiency because their Focus is on a single project, unlike Mentors who have to look through everything which might be physically exhausting and mentally draining 😐😐😐

Mostly yess. Even he isn't the main Director Gul preferred him in important sequences i.e he was directing aashiqana but Gul called him to imlie for confession week shooting.
