To show him married or engaged they need to show them divorced which i feel like highly unlikely.

Marriage gets nullified after 7yrs so legally they are still married if they didn't file for a divorce.

i said the moving on part based on the spoilers of him marrying or being engaged to malini. otherwise i also don't think he moved on based on the precap. Based on how much i've known aryan, i don't think he'll ever forgive himself for letting go off imlie and hence he was punishing himself by not fighting back in the precap
