Is Ms Little suffering from chronic or terminal illness??

Today Anu was looking at some medical bills of Ms. Little and complaining about her treatment being very expensive.

Is baby suffering from a disease which will require some treatment requiring imlie as donor?? Which will be very risky for Cheeku but imlie being imlie will choose to be the donor and will end up losing her Cheeku 🥺

I am feeling really bad for both babies 😭
