Yeah pretty sure it was scripted but honestly I am not sure if that question was for Sumbul and Fahmaan. The promo made it look like that but they didn't show as to who Arjun was asking though. It could be Harshad and Pranali. Just a few weeks ago there were dating rumours about them which they did clear up in a live. I just hope none of these people have their friendship and bonds ruined cause of dumb rumours. I was afraid that Harshad and Pranali's bonding wouldn't be the same post those awful dating rumours but thank god it didn't have any affect on them. Sumbul is only 18, I don't know why people ship her and Fahmaan. He is way older than her. She is really young that is probably why he takes care of her and some people are mistaking that platonic and brotherly type of love for romantic love.

Firstly, I think that question about onscreen pyaar becoming off screen pyaar is very unfair and highly unnecessary.

Secondly... I'm not shipping them or anything, ok?. Having said that doesn't the look Fahmaan gives in response look like that look someone who's been caught with his hand in the cookie jar gives? Sumbul on the other hand looks very unimpressed that Arjun is asking them that. Hope someone(read Sumaan) politely( or maybe not so politely) tells Arjun to mind his own damn business.

Disclaimer: this is all assuming the promo is not misleading and Arjun did really ask the relationship status question and if he did, asked it of Sumaan and not someone else.
