What is your current interest level in Imlie?

The hushed pace, Narmada turning negative, and pregnancy twists have disappointed the audience. Constant negativity has somewhat deterred audience interest in the show. Though the makers are trying to redeem themselves, I am not sure if the old craze is back. I was wondering what is the current interest level of Imlie watchers on India forums. So I created this poll.

The craze has reduced but I've not skipped anything, nor have I watched anything in loop.

I voted to 0%. For now, I plan to sit out. I have been out, so haven't watched last two weeks except Saturday episode.

I tried to watch today, but left with a really bad taste in my mouth. I don't know guys, I don't want to lose trust/connect with character Aryan. As much as I want to see the good side of Aryan in supporting Imlie through what he thinks as a violation of her modesty when she was incapacitated, the fact that she denies anything happening and him insisting it happening is a major turn off for me😭

I haven't watched last 2 weeks, so don't know the specifics. How is a woman to convince a guy that the child is indeed his?😒 If she was truly violated and she complained about it, then his support would have been awesome.👍🏼 But, today, Imlie trying to make him connect to the child and him matter of factly saying " yeh tumhara hissa hain" is just a 👎🏼🤢It seemed like he is doing a favor. Killed all sorts of vibes😭 for me. Kya karega banda when they lose this child and he comes to know that while he should be enjoying and cherishing his child in utero, he is busy accusing someone else and doing a " favor" to his own child and wife by accepting it as his? 😡

Don't disagree with you. But it's a great way to induce much needed angst btw them, otherwise their relationship is way too strong and leaves very less room for misunderstandings.

Also good lead up for seperation, because his guilt will kill him later.

And don't worry about ruining ASR, they've mostly kept him in character, you know he's wrong but you understand where he's coming from as well.

The track isn't great, i agree, but it's being executed well since last monday 😊

Of course he is kinda doing a favor coz he loves her and is ready to do anything for her.

But all this is a buildup towards her losing the child and she might end up blaming him and sending him on a guilt trip. That may also lead to them parting ways for a while which will be a good track to watch I guess.

I was debating which option to choose --

no longer watching imlie or watching selected episodes. I finally chose selected episode though I am actually watching episodes randomly. the only reason I haven't dropped the drama completely is because of this forum. still having fun yakking here from time to time and so don't want to skip out on that. otherwise, curiousity factor for imlie has been lost -- for the me the lack of slow burn and the sudden burst of lovey dovey killed the magic.

Well, its ITV show that too on star, so the graph won't remain same and I was kinda prepared for it. Some tracks will be good, some won't , that's just how it is. Last saturday episode really touched my heart again like it used to before, so if cvs keep giving episodes like that, it is possible to bring that charm back

They do know how to create magic, doing it again won't be hard .

Actually this time also its trust factor for Imlie in a different form. I want her to dump ASR and walk away towards her career. May be somepoint in future they can reconcile thinking through what the other did was to protect them etc.

yea, I actually want a really long separation that is full on angst. hopefully then we will get the slow burn we were denied.
