I am a bit confused there...imlie as a character is very complex to understand
very interesting thought process and right questions..she did trust him completely till Aditya gave some details and her trust broke. In a matter of fact that means she trusts Aditya more than Aryan always..similar to how Aditya listens to Imlie, but trusts only Malini. Thats why this dynamic of her trust on Aryan will be test of time..I wish they mature her character of trust on Aryan and she will put her foot down and stand by his side.

A very good point. We have seen her doubt his intentions before. We have seen her using her words as weapon to hurt him. He has still not forgotten the jibes like rakshas etc from her. I am wondering the same. If jyo will create circumstances such that Imlie will start believing that she is unwelcome in Aryan’s life n a misfit. I can see her insecurities getting better of her. Though this will be a repeat of adini situation. Also i feel that Imlie has changed a lot n she considers herself an equal to Aryan so she might feel herself suitable for aryan n fight for him. I honestly do not see this version of imlie backing down from her husband just because someone will try to show her that she is not posh enough or positive enough for her man.
Madhav is new to the job and obviously won't know a lot about it. He has probably been working there for all of 6 days compared to Imlie's 6 months stint and is apparently Imlie's intern. Ignore how Imlie an intern herself has her own intern. Besides whatever they were working on seemed urgent since he'd already called her to the office before this claiming it was urgent. Also it wasn't just a few minutes, well at least it can't realistically be. Take into account the time it takes for an ambulance to come, take Nargis to hospital and have her treated, maybe even operated on. Imlie only left after Nargis had had her treatment and she was in a coma and nothing else could be done other than continue treatment and wait.
Just imagine though, all this time Aryan was waiting for her. He must have been gasping for a 'cup of coffee' by then. Yes, I put the cup of coffee in parenthesis coz we all know it's not coffee he is gasping for.
