Its unclear what arpi is feeling for sundar...lets not jump into conclusion... whats so low about marrying a maid 😲 omg 😲 what am i reading if someone wants to live with the past memories is thr choice then opting for suitable partner ( trustful)is also thr choice... 😎
i dont think imlie is forcing her thoughts she's just proposing... agree or disagree option for arpi is thr i guess...
Actually my mom had the same opinion about this I was confused but maybe Sundar is a good person but his background do play a role. Think about Arpita marrying him, his family and their habits is very different than hers. And when you reverse it for Imlie Aryan's family is all about luxury which would be opposite to Arpita's case.
A person born and brought up in luxury chose her college friend for love marriage will see a huge change of lifestyle and if they keep sundar with them Sundar's self respect will be harmed too because he isn't a greedy person.
From that sense my mom felt right she said the society is Patriarchal in nature. You see any documents we have identity of WIFE OF, DAUGHTER OF, MOTHER OF. But not something related to women's name even in legal documents.
He many succeed but many people lags behind. Like if you are from a poor background, your whole khaandaan is poor and then you become rich the other people will boycott you( my father faced this he was the first engineer in our family and had a huge gap of incomes with his brother and other relatives) we were always left out and till date hardly any of his relatives visit us as they feel inferiority complex. That happens when you go up the ladder alone.
And if Sundar have to live in a rich atmosphere because Aryan would never leave his sister in less financial atmosphere. He would be left alone by his invisible family who is yet to enter the story.
