I don't know... I feel like they are closing all open chapters... Like they can't just show "married life" or "imlie becoming successful"... The focus of this drama has never been a slice of life kind of drama... They always need high points and full on nautanki..

If they both come back from this perfectly fine then what happens?? I can't think of how the story will move ahead without some conflict? Whats the conflict left+?

it's IPL, if they reboot the show during IPL then they get what they deserve when the trp drops even more

there's a lot of ways to keep conflict depending on if aparna is going to be portrayed by a new actress or not

malini coming back because her kid's dad is now missing and wanting revenge on arylie for him leaving

a third AKT later in the show when they find a better actor (assuming he's not about to show up magically as people have theorised elsewhere)

arylie dealing with the aftermath of seth purandas and aryan going after his company and anything else that they might write, aryan actually grieving his brother's loss for real

narmada and arpita reconciling their already having grieved arvind's death as the result of an angry man/kismat and aryan having been right that there was a cause for this even if he wasnt 100% right on how or who, because AKT is still responsible for not cross-referencing his sources, something journalists are taught early in their careers

badi ma trying to steal the family's property with baby doll's help

aryan finding out about meethi forcing imlie to marry him and deciding to either patch them up or divorce imlie, cue imlie being mad bc she's into him now and misunderstands him

any number of tropes before they do the wedding redo that most serials do when the leads finally admit that they love one another

Yeah, Arylie cannot start from scratch. We just had that crazy wedding 15 days ago and now they dont even rmr the wedding and the events leading to it!? She just announced to the world three things today - shes from PD, sita maiya bhakt and ASR's wife. Doubt they would want to throw away Arylie just like that.

Agree with you arylie can't start from scratch because their relationship started because of shared pain, their pasts made them into people that attracted each other.

But i don't mind a memory loss track for one of them, it will bring lots of angst and given they're married, all the circumvention to adjust the other person in life.... Uff!

This scene has my everything! Imlie realizes she has her friend back and that she has been waiting for this moment for such a long time...thus her use of "bachpan se".

Remember how she said that Aru's house felt like it was a friends home from childhood. I just watched that scene with my sister today and seeing what Imlie's response was triggered that again.

Gosh her heartbreak of losing her friend during that wedding track was so terrible but seeing this scene makes me forgive so much. She got her friend, her partner, and her husband back today!

Let's hope she survives mentally and physically to reap the benefits of this too!!!

The way they've established arylie from the start with so much trust and open communication, it was always difficult to bring in conflict in couples like these...

I mean the whole forced wedding track was so much of contrived conflict and angst.

And it hasn't even unraveled completely with hasty exit of the akt actor
