💯 agree with you. They are still a very very long way before understanding each other. She does not understand how to read his actions and feelings in his so expressive eyes and he accept "defeat" with all the harsh words she said.

I believe he trust her even without looking at the CCTV because he knows that she is a very loyal and pure soul in this aspect. He knows that she takes the weddings vows at heart and she will never betray the "family" she got married in. Not him but "family", he knows that she will never break the trust of family and have an illicit meeting or something. But for Him, he still believe if ever she has to choose between AKT and him it will be AKT. He still believe that she still love him and is doing everything for AKT. That why he has wall around his heart and told her there is no need to explain anything. That his defensive stance that don't think I am doing you a favour or anything.

For her, she does trust him the fullest, but after the "betrayal" of forced wedding she is always saying the opposite that what her heart is thinking. There is a constant fight between her heart and mind. After wedding she started to see his pain. And hope this continues till her mind and heart both feel the same thing.

Conclusion they both trust each other 💯 but are not ready to accept it. Only unconsciously while asleep do the true feeling comes out. And lets not forget its not the 1st time they are sleeping "together" but the 3rd time

I am seeing little different from you view.

Since she told she can't love anyone, he feels she still not get over Akt or maybe never but she can't never betray anyone that too him..she have high regards for marriage and he also knows imlie have high morals and principles. She may not love me but she can never betray me, He trust her on that perspective but he didn't trust her enough to lower his guard to show his pain and vulnerable to her. He won't allow her to break his walls he have build until he see her progression, she needs to do something extra ordinary that reach his heart, where he feels yes I mean something to her.

Imlie always trusted him. even on Holi confrontation, she clearly told she don't believe what he is doing just say what it is because I trust you. Even now deep inside she trusts him 💯 but very hurt by his actions.

It will take sometime for her to understand his unsaid words and actions. Slowly she will reach there. Both trust each other on there own perspectives, respect and care for each other but not romantic way yet. Even though they're well aware of sexual tension between them they don't want to accept their feelings..they needs to travel some more to reach that place.

great points @jessilam -- thats why I am not too excited about the clips from today where he said "I trust my wife" -- from everyone's great observations here, he trusts her character that she is not the type of person who will cheat on him. However, when it comes to a situation where she has to choose the priority of Aditya or Aryan, he will expect that she will choose Aditya because that is what she has done.

She has not really explained well why she is determined to dig into Arvind's death and what the fallout would mean -- if Aryan is wrong, then how will it play out? Will she go back to the Tripathy family because she no longer has to protect them? Will she walk away from Aryan and the Rathore family because there is no reason to stay married? If Aryan is right, how will it play out? Will she turn her back on the Tripathy family in order to ensure justice is done?

Like @shabia1 said, trust is multidimensional and mulitlayered. There is a level of trust between the two but there is also a lack of trust driving them apart. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

When Aryan said that his bharosa will always follow wherever Imlie goes, what I understood it is like, makers want to show that Aryan will never doubt Imlie's character and integrity as a person. Because, he is being shown as that person who reads Imlie perfectly (apart from the meaningless Shaadi track), to the extent that he understands Imlie will not be able to look into the eyes of the other person, if she feels she has wronged the other person. And that is why he didn't follow her in the night to check where she is going, both now or the day she left Rathore house for the first time. Otw, the protective person he is, he wouldn't have for sure be at peace staying back.

Now coming to that part of trusting Imlie as his apne, for that Imlie has a long way to go. He somewhere believes that she will never leave him. Especially after the 3instances he left it to her choice and yet she came back - 1st on that day of Ts vacating their house, after all the drama, he tells her that he will be waiting in the car for 5mnts and if she knows where she belongs to, she should come back. Secondly, when she returned to R house after he leaves her with Aditya once Malini PF happened and gives her time to decide what next. Thirdly, and the most important one for him, her return to the Mandap. And that is where lies the twist. Regarding the part of Meethi forcing her Aryan will have an idea of it, seeing their after-marriage interactions. And he is not serious about it, because him marrying Imlie was also part of the promise he gave Meethi. Also, in the final talk before the marriage, he had asked her to agree for the marriage if he sees him atleast like a mentor. So, till the equation is of mentor-mentee, everything will be fine between them. Once that line is passed, that's where we will have to wait and watch how strong he will trust her. He doesn't know that it's Imlie who indeed gave the idea of bridal swap to BD & BM. And on top of that, lots of Imlie's kahe hue baatein like she will not be able to love anyone in this life and some of her post-marriage kaduvi talks on their way back to R house might play a part in Aryan not trusting Imlie's words or actions confessing her love. Plus, Aryan in the Holi episode has made it clear how much he values his self-respect. So, that track probably will be the most angsty track where we will get to see Arylie as lovers and their bond getting stronger once they pass that phase.

Good points @englightened21 -- as you said, he has a strong sense of self-respect. so if something happens that shakes his self-respect, will he still trust her? That is a bigger question. He obviously believes that she has integrity as a person but does he trust her to respect him and his self-respect? Not yet would be my thinking...

Am still not sure if he sees her as 'apne' fully though...

I love what you are saying even if its a bit different from mine. I do believe that in their heart they both trust each other 💯 that why it come to the surface when the mind is asleep. He knows she won't betray him specially cuz of her morals and her believe that marriage is a blessing of God. She will never betray him even if she was married "forcefully" as per her. But they both have a huge ego and over stimulated mind. So they will never accept their feeling yet. There is still way ahead and I'm excited of the way ahead.

Their sexual tention is just 🤯🤯🤯🤯 and what we are all looking foreward to watch.

Also love your analysis. Cuz he still very much believe that she will do anything for AKT. The way she begged for him before forgetting her self respect, was proof for him that She will always love AKT. Even if she does not betray him because she is married to him, he believe AKT will always be her 1st choice. Now our Jungli girl has a long way to prove him otherwise that she will not leave him like in his dream.
