I think they do intend on keeping the Chaturvedi ladies around for a while more. They’ll probably bring them back once the wedding is done and Aditya’s character delves more into the negative. But honestly, I find it quite strange that they’d choose to introduce minor characters at a critical phase in the story. I feel like there’s too much going on at once right now which as a result, is hampering the pace of the story. They already have Aditya trying to get Imlie back as a subplot. They should be focusing harder on that and the main track, that is Imlie trying to stop the wedding vs Aryan trying to make the wedding happen, for now. It might have worked better to introduce BM & BD after the wedding, trying to separate AryLie but facilitating their growing understanding and intimacy instead.

I whole heartedly agree with you. There are two characters who have strong reason to stop the marriage but they are doing absolutely nothing for it except stupid things like not getting ready and destroying the decorations.. Seriously?!. Audience will not be able to connect with new characters as vamps, Aryan is behaving a little OOC nowadays. I can't believe I am saying this but we got really good Arylie scenes in Adini marriage than in their own marriage 😭 They should show AKT as full negative so that Arylie can come closer.
