Knew it. It’s because of the trps everything is going up and down.. honestly.. I don’t know how much of an effect aditya and Ts ki bechargi is gonna have anyways? Why show aryan wrong and aditya a bechara ? Just show he did make a mistake? Don’t trp audience like the couples against hurdles ? Yeh toh aise present kar rahe imlie ko as if aryan is the hurdle between akt and imlie 🤷‍♀️ If the audience is attached to leads’ plight there is a constant but what even is imlie’s plight?? there is no proper connect besides one character carrying a lot of things

Anyways the only way they can increase trps is imlie torture, they have zero creativity. They can’t think beyond it.. let’s see.. that new show is yet to grow..

So I was watching today's episode while having breakfast with papa...

And he saw delulu family waiting for imlie and adi's dream proposal and rupi's teasing,

As much as today's episode was an absolute meh, my heart broke for Imlie today.

Aryan's advice however useful it may be.. just sounded hollow to me.

It's like a teacher telling a kid "I am gonna hit you. You have the choice. You can set the T & Cs. But I am gonna hit you." It doesn't matter if this is gonna beneficial to the kid in the long run, but the fact is she is going to feel pain...for no reason of hers. (In Imlie's head, this is between both the As..so why is she suffering)

I so wished that it was Aryan who put forth the fake marriage condition..you know just to appease her.

I had mentioned this a couple of days back.. For Imlie, the relationship with Adi has broken. This, she has repeatedly said. But she hasn't processed..what next? When Adi proposed marriage, she was in a tight spot. Do I forgive him/ do I give him a chance/ do I move on? As much as she wanted the Malini PF, she didn't do it so Adi comes back. She wanted to prove herself right. I don't think she expected Adi crawling back the next moment...

Her hesitation today..I saw it more like..what would 'my family' think of me? It isn't the matter of self respect at this point, it is more of 'what if I fail in protecting them? Will they still love me? Am I a disappointment to them '

And this is why , Imlie categorises people as white or black. The grey terrifies her. She saw a different side to her friend/mentor..and she found herself at the losing end. Even with Adi, a different side was shown in contrast to what she expected, she lost there too. Back in PD, it was her own villagers.. that showed a different face..she lost there too. The same with Malini..

It's funny..since she keeps Meethi in the loop, why didn't she consult with her mum? Why take such a decision?

Noone has asked her..tu kya chahti hai..She hasn't asked that herself. Then how is she expected to help herself? It isn't a simple matter of absorbing Aryan's teachings and implementing them. She has all the answers..she is still deciding which answer is to which question.

I absolutely agree to this. A bunch of us friends were talking and I thought that the negotuation scene was really well done. What I also think is that marriage wasn't something Aru really had in his peripheral vision. We don't even have a scene where Aryan is completely enthralled by her physicality—which is a natural step of falling in love. They are just so intimate and in your face that many of these things get lost. He wouldn't reaaaaaally mind getting married to her, but I think he wanted her to say "no." To chose herself over the T-psychos. Which idiot would actually chose to feign a marriage with a stranger to get her ex acquitted on a negligence charge? That's the solution she came up with.

I mean, I am pissed at both gadheda-gadhedi.

I don't know but i feel the entry of Resham Prashant and Nilima Singh will create problems for Arylie later when Aryan will bring back Imlie to Rathore Mansion, Further i feel that Nilima wanted her daughter (Resham) to become wife of Aryan but now Imlie have become Aryan's Wife so they both will try their best to separate them even create misunderstanding between them just like Malini and her mother did with Aditya and Imlie, But this time it will be different b'coz Aryan is not Aditya he is always step ahead of everyone

i love how imlie conveniently remembers and forgets Amma/Satyakaam. the writers really have no idea what they're doing when they do this.

I just finished watching the episode, and my perspective has change quite a bit from what it was when I read the WU and I don't really agree with you here.

My heart didn't break for Imlie because it wasn't a 'I will hit you irrespective situation' it was rather a 'we can do this the easy way or the hard way' situation.

Aryan was not going to let her destroy her life. She could have shoved the deal back in his face, said she didn't care in what happened to AKT and that she will not pay the price for the war between them. But she made it her life's mission to interfere and if she was doing it now she will do it again and ASR won't let her write of her own life.

So Imlie chose to be hale mary like she always does. Aryan is the one who gave up 4 years worth of blood sweat and tears. He is the one that gave up on the reason he had been breathing so that he could protect the woman he had come to love from going on a complete self destruct mode. Aryan is the one who let go fo everything to protect Imlie.

Imlie's hero complex was there even today, her hesitation was there because she knows that there is very little faith in her when it comes to 'her family'. The hesitation was because this marriage is according to her not coming out of choice. But she has a choice. She has a choice to save herself but she is too busy self destructing.

Aryan knows what she wants, but she NEVER does what she wants. She has dreams and aspirations but she throws them all out of the window at Aparna's every beck and call. Imlie knows what she wants for herself but she sacrifices it all for the whims and fancies of the T-party.

She is being saved because she doesn't know what she is doing to herself by being this mahaan murat. It is not ASR's job to appease her. Even in his vision of imlie's possible future he saw her as a 'tripathi' and 'imlie from pagdandiya' not as Imlie Aryan Rathore because that is how selfless he is. He wants her to pursue her dreams and stand up on her own two feet. No matter if she loves him or not.

It is Imlie who yet again failed her own self because all the speeches and bhaashans, the entire 'sorry imlie' speech was for nothing. She apologised to herself for not keeping herself first and yet she does that all over again

also, unrelated, but i love that Dev Chaturvedi has completely given up being a dad. not just to Malini, but to Imlie too. lmao
