Sadly, despite his seniority and experience in the field of journalism, Aditya couldn’t figure out Aryan’s agenda and motive until so late in the game – even though there were so many red flags about Aryan, Malini kept showing him signs, she could read Aryan but Aditya couldn’t. If he would have uncovered Aryan’s true motives and agenda with his investigative skills right at the start, maybe he would not have been married to Malini but rather to Imlie right now. But he chose to follow his ego against Imlie instead of his well-honed skills against Aryan.

Unwanted physical contact between male boss and female employee is workplace is sexual harassment. A boss simply does not get away with invading an employee's privacy, pulling her up close, choke-holding her by the jaw, pinning her against the wall, manhandling her at every opportunity etc etc.
