But just wanted to point out that even before Malini started talking shit about Arylie, Aditya was massively jealous of Aryan's professional territorialism towards Imlie. "Woh meri intern hai, woh wahi karegi Jo main usse kahunga. Aap apne do interns ko mentor kijiye [blah blah blah]."

What further riled him up is Imlie's newfound acquiescence to this newfound mentor. Aditya has a mile long saviour complex. Especially when it comes to journalism. He takes this paternalistic role when it comes to his supposed readers (honestly, can't blame him entirely given the state of South Asian journalism today)

It's definitely not her Low esteem in fact it is her emotional pendulum nature. Jo baar baar ye ladki kar rahi thi.

Low Esteem -

when someone lacks confidence about who they are and what they can do. - Here she said that she has her sapne and she has confidence that she will acheive something by staying away from R house👏

You said it all right..Completely agree with you. Some of the key talent in the team are always made to believe they are not ready for demos or presentations to leaders because the leaders dont want to expose them to others, leading to keep the attrition low or the person in their team...

I know this is a fun forum. Just this message resonated with what happens in real life.
