above all she was not looking worried about bs or matter when aryan was around. This is a mild progress.

The only thing I can think about as the meaning for her tears falling on him each time is to show him being moved by her tears. Like her tears are thawing the ice around his heart, bringing back the warmth he once possessed. Each time, he's definitely been moved whenever there’s a tear scene and softened a little bit more.
