I also think that in that moment she was a bit embarrassed. Nothing to be embarrassed for but as someone who is an introvert and finds everything awkward and embarrassing I can relate lol

I’m honestly hoping we get through this track without an AryLie marriage. I rather see them get to know each other much better and have fun scenes of interpersonal growth

there was a really good twitter post where the scene of Imlie looking at the camera and Aru in the background is in black & white. The caption says something like “in an alternate universe they have a project due and he stays up all night with her to give company.” That’s such a normal thing I experienced at 19 during finals week — I feel like she’s being denied a right of passage
