It's fine they want to get Aryan and Imlie married and all that, but they can at least be a little subtle about it. Not being OTT and jarring and loud were some of the things that drew my attention to this show in the first place. Now, with this nonsensical thaali catching, and all these "hints", it is all too far-fetched, even for a Hindi daily soap and has turned this show into complete nonsense, that it seems like a parody now. That probably is the intention, that they want to parody all other daily soaps! And that Anu interviewing etc., it is too slap stick and absolutely unfunny! Very annoying 🤷‍♀️

Completely agree...execution could be better and Aryan smiling for the first time - they could have chosen a better cause than Anu comic video

Honestly, Aditya ka fault hai, but Imlie ka kuch kam nahi hai. She has established the precedent of how Aditya will behave with her by giving him leeway in everything. Aditya is used to that Imlie. Ab ye Imlie hazam nahi ho rahi, to galat bhi Imlie, characterless bhi Imlie, aur ye barbaad ho to bhi Imlie ki galti. Chahta kya hai ye???

The red symbolism didn’t make it to the final cut. Gashmeer came out open and said that there is no depth in writing and he is managing with his performances. Of course it is true. Imlie agreeing to marry Aryan is very much against her core character. It will be like she is behaving the same way Adi does.

@bold - and I have to agree with it. Ever since the stupid Best Bahu Contest, they completely lost the plot with really ridiculous and over the top things like kidnapping of Aditya and everything else that followed in a bid to show Imlie as this super woman and now suddenly, she is this sort of independent woman, and a random CEO takes her under his wing and is handholding her growth personally. And in the bargain, butcher every character left, right and center. Earlier, there was no depth in writing.... they took the criticism a little too literally and literally sunk to unbelievable depths in writing, only not the kind of depth we (or Gash) was hoping for! True about his performance though, that is probably what kept a lot of us continuing to watch the show.

All the oscar winning writing to keep dd relevant to the story🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. It is limitless cruelty to a superb pair like sumeer. I admire them for enduring this👏.

I felt sorry for Adi after a long time when I saw the precap, GM nailed the pain in his voice and jerky movements...but then nothing can justify his public humiliation of Imlie like this...he brought it on himself through a series of bad decisions.

I feel Imlie will marry Aryan at T's and SM's blessing - but will later come to know about Aryan's intent to destroy Adi and hold him responsible for Adi's downward spiral. Makers will forget a lot of things are happening that are out of control of Malini and Aryan - like trip and fall, thali flying etc and all blame will go on them and ww Adi after he has been suitably redeemed and get him back with Imlie.

What I want to know is - if Aryan is using Imlie intentionally or not. He told her in his office the day he gave her a hand - that he does not need her to get his revenge on anyone. If Aryan is not using Imlie and only helping her out of love, support whatever - I don't want him to suffer later. Well if he is intentionally - then even though I don't think he specifically caused Adilie failure (they need to break and Adi needs to change to resurrect Adilie), he deserves some punishment for interference in others lives.

I don't think GM has that much influence in the story telling. It seems like the makers had all this planned and are following their story regardless of fans trp anything!

I don't know if Arylie is SM approved or not, I really do not see Imlie conversing with Seeta Mayya as much as she used to while at the Tripathi House (and now cue the Aryan fans to come say she needed the anchor because she was so sad with the Ts, but with Aryan, she doesn't need the anchor etc. Whatevs!), but it definitely seems to be approved by a lot of the audience, at least the Twitter people and also some members who have some new threads here. So I guess it is working well enough for the makers?

As much as a huge fan I am of Gashmeer Mahajani, I am really not able to relate to any of the characters in this track because it is getting really extremely nonsensical. If Imlie does marry Aryan, I hope they just spin it off and take it in a completely different direction, and just write Aditya off the show. I can't take one more track of Imlie being miserable in another shaadi or being this mahaan patni who wins over Aryan's vengeful heart with her love. (I am cringing as I write it!!!!!) And if Aryan and Imlie marry, resurrecting Adilie will be even more cringe!! It will be a show where no one is capable of staying married to the person they married!

At this point, what I want to know is if Aryan has started the revenge on Adi, or is it still ongoing, or if it has finished with him being demoted to writihg shok sandesh. And I want to know if Arylie happen, what even is the point of the stupid revenge track (because the BIL's death was not even Adi's fault). So will his revenge focus now shift from BIL's death to Adi's ill treatment of Imlie? And then there's Arpita... her only character trait was her fear of fire which she apparently overcame with Imlie's help. So what will be her role... will they bring in a new hero for her? If this is the case, Adi is not the lead anymore, so is he OK playing the second fiddle in a show? May be he is. As for Malini's character arc, I don't even know what to say!!

I feel they themselves are feeling bad for a Adi and Imlie. Though it is the characters they are playing they are investing a per of themselves in the character. I feel their reels are made to satisfy their desire seeing happily together and of course for the fans to a greater extent. After a long time such a beautiful story has been spoiled.
