Throughly enjoyed your fan fiction. Bang on the emotions , the character traits and the words flowed beautifully. Who would have thought of proposing with an anklet? So utterly romantic that pulls heart strings. Been watching Imlie since the day the show started and have seen all the ups and downs. I truly wish for Imlie to realize one day that though her love for Adi was true and pure, he wasn’t worth it. Aryan, seems to be right guy and hope she moves on with him, when the time is right, just as in your story.

I am glad you saw the ethos of the engagement, by the feet though it was 👍🏼 I agree that while Imlie's love is genuine, Aditya's is conditional and temperamental. That makes him not worth it anymore. He lost all when he sided with Malini and also questioned Imlie's character over Malini's.

Such a fun proposal that was! The fact that Aryan chooses to come clean about Arpita having done the decorations is so him! And Imlie is not one to let it go.

It was nice to see how Aryan was being so cautious with the proposal to not trigger any negative memories for her. I wanted to set him apart from Aditya who is full of flowery words of love and no follow-through. Aryan doesn't sugarcoat anything but what feelings are there are very much there. Thanks for noticing that.

I am glad you found it so, he's a bit harder to write than Aditya because he's so new and we have had little interaction between him and Imlie in comparison to Aditya.
