Another thing worth noting as a contrast......whenever Malini was upset with Adi and he used to try to apologize sincerely, she still used to leave no chance to make him feel like the lowest of human beings who has apparently done all injustices to her alone.

But Imlie who has many more things she can have valid grievances with him about, still only just states her hurt directly to him rather than using it to make him feel like some kind of lowest scum type person.....she states the reason for her hurt matter of factly and leaves from the place each time.....doesn't hang around to keep twisting the knife like Malini always did.

This is probably why Adi feels more undone in Imlie's case too because he knows the hurt is coming from a genuine place rather than being used as a weapon against him the way Malini always did. And that is why jitne efforts Imlie ko manaane mein kar raha hai, kabhi kisi aur ke liye nahin kiye - that too in the face of such crazy obstacles....lol Malini ke case mein toh he was in "bhaad mein jaaye" mode until Imlie got them back together with the garam tawaa poem😆.

Anyways jaise bhi ho, it's good that Imlie is holding on to her hurt with clearly defined reasons....he needs to feel that helplessness of losing her more rather than thinking ek date se manaa lega Imlie ko and saari life "balance" ho jaayegi......

Yes, Imlie just needs to remain steady on her stance and keep rebuffing him😆.....that is the only way he will be forced out of his comfort zone warna relax ho jaayega even with this mega cringey/awkward situation they are all in with psycho Malini and her baccha lehraaoing antics.

I just want to see him moving out of this mopey/laachaar zone.....that is his most irritating mode....better they keep him in that irritable/frustrated zone kaise bhi karke even if he is hurt over Imlie ki continued naraazgi. That’s what I love.. that Their relationship has always been one of equals with other’s feelings very important in every decision they have made since day one … Didi though was only there to twist the guilt knife in. She has always tied adi to her with guilt from day one and nothing is changing with this pregnancy. She does that with everyone .. imlie ( before this with the whole Sister thing and now the baby) apu and the triparthi with her bechari wife who was so called cheated in her mind and now the baby, her useless father whenever he would make token statements about supporting imlie… like I said before., everyone is a puppet to her and she is the puppet master in her mind… the baby is just another puppet .,,

So right about the rebuffing...and kyun nahi kare...until he addresses it woh kyun invisible phatphatiya ride se maan jaaye bhai..and woh maanegi bhi nahi...I think someone mentioned it here but reminds me of the manaaoing attempt in PD during the walk where actual issue nahi face karna and yahaan its not the right comparison really cuz I do want to believe him when he says aisa nahi ki bharosa nahi hai..but the trauma is too fresh and deep and the reality too ugly to face it...so yes right now no real shift in that aspect like you said in your reply...par Imlie going duur and showing her hurt is really the only way...nahi toh yeh nayi shuruwaat pe he atka rahega......

And about this laachaar vs. irritated yeh kya oscillation mode mein rakha hai writers ne....please yeh irritated mode continue karo....waise I doubt a babusahib without Imlie will remain in laachaar or shaant mode for too long...volcano nahi toh fuse toh udega..Nishu pe hi sahi when he comes up with some new plans😆 ofcourse all depends on what Rapist Didi has in store next from her endless inventory of self/foetus harm crimes🤢

Oh for sure😛 the fact that he knows her hurt is real.and she is not using it as some card to get back at him is what is making him lose his patience cr further and making him feel yeh bebasi caz again as he was saying kyin darr raha hai woh imlie hai samjh jaayevi tere dil ki baat showed woh alag level ka vishwaas that they share and trust ke woh toh inlie hai his very own who would get anything he would have to say .. the other thing is that despite imlie ka hurt and pain she is there regardless for him yes she has taken a step back but it is not like ke ab tum akele jhelo main chali which she could have very well so even though yes she is mad at him too she is there to nibhao saaath she has got his back in any case which is something malini could have never woh toh Pallu chuda ke bhaagti thi..badi hi clear distinction hai ke onecan be naraaz and hurt internally but that doesn't mean end of rishta ya end of trust and everything.. imlie is hurt but still does have woh overall connect and trust and dil wahin dukhta hai jahan koi umeed ho jahan koi actual haq ho. Totally agree with this....she has been a user of people all her life. But they still think she only "changed" now.....cuz her actions have gotten more brazen and uglier in her desperation to get Adi back....but otherwise she's always been this ugly person only.....just that writers don't have the guts to show any character acknowledging the full extent of her ghatiya nature.

On an adjacent note, I also found it worth noting that Sumbul spoke so maturely in this segment about Malini's pregnancy despite how gross the track is.....but she still spoke about it with dignity just like Imlie herself is showing dignity about the situation. Such a sharp contrast from the so called "mature" actress who gloated just like Malini about how she will retaliate against Imlie for so called "raas leela" with Adi.....the actress very well knew that the next track is about her drugging/raping Adi and she still gloated about it in the interview....what does one say about such a person😕. Meanwhile Sumbul is displaying herself to be a thorough class act as always👏.

+1 to all you said..I mean we all already know but so level-headed, unassuming and a class act really...And whenever she gets the chance she never fails to credit the entire cast and crew for the team effort...she's really a gem❤️

Baaki toh yeah situation is different cuz PD3 ke time toh is gadhe ko itna bhi nahin pata tha yeh gaya kyun hai Imlie ke peechhe.....lol but this time he atleast knows ki galti ki hai - just doesn't want to face the hard facts Imlie is stating.

St interviews are always a pleasure to watch cos she is very grounded in her interviews with how ppl should watch the show for all characters , how real and reel are diff and how she asks ppl to have patience in the track without trying to put in all sorts of asinine justification for the track and she speaks about everyone with respect.
