The episode starts with Imlie getting worried on the plane and the kidnapper telling her about stuff on the plane, and there also Imlie corrects him on how an armrest is supposed to be. The kidnapper informs Rajni devi that the flight is about to take off, which is communicated to AC & MC as well. MC hopes that Adi has given up by now, not accepting just how crazy that man is when it comes to his actual wali wife, not paper wali wife😆.
Our Majnu on the other hand, armed with his wife's poem, goes to stop a flight🤣. He tells the guards that he is a reporter and has received news that his wife has been kidnapped and is being taken against her will out of the country. He asks all flights to be stopped - like he is some VIP and gets berated accordingly. The guard asks him if he has proofs and Adi shows him Imlie's poem and that gets an eyeroll from the guard.
The guard calls Imlie's flight, where the air hostess tells him that all is fine on the flight. Adi tries his best to tell them to check with Imlie's photo, but the guard refuses to believe him. He asks Adi for solid proof to prove that someone can be kidnapped among such tight security and dismisses his claims saying that he must have gotten fake news. Adi tries his best to get them to stop the flight, but as usual to no avail - like they say, Karma badi kutti cheez hai - it always comes back to bite you. Ab pata chala how it felt to Imlie all this time when she was trying to tell you about Malini - ab bhugto😆
So back to Imlie, who gets so worried she starts to cry, which panics the kidnapper, who threatens to target her mother. That quietens her down, but gets the gears of her mind working. We then get a beautiful scene between her and SK, where he helps her calm down when she is panicked about to being able to remember simple tables. He tells her that in such situations, fear stops the brain from processing a solution, so we need to clam down, take a deep breath and just focus on the problem at hand. That propels Imlie to use her mental library to come out with a solution.
She remembers about the in-flight magazine and tells the kidnapper that she cannot read, but is looking at the pictures to calm herself down. She tears some alphabets from the book and holds them in her hand when going to the washroom. There she smartly sticks "HELP" to the top of the bathroom's ceiling, which is not noticed by the kidnapper who comes after to check up. On coming out the air hostess asks if everything is alright and Imlie tells her that sab theek hai, upar wala sab sambhal lega and gestures towards the washroom and mouths "upar". The airhostess is shown to me smart enough to figure out something is off, so she goes to the washroom, but is not able to find anything there. SHe is not able to figure out about the "upar" clue, till "H" falls from the ceiling, prompting her to look up and see the other letters to figure out that Imlie was saying "HELP". At the seat, the kidnapper figures out that Imlie has torn stuff from the magazine and threatens to harm her family, but before he could complete the call, the police come there with guns to arrest them. Imlie takes the opportunity to beat the kidnapper with a magazine, calling him "Dharti pe bhoj, and that his mother would be ashamed to have a child like him"🤣
All the girls are saved and they thank Imlie for saving them, who warns the girls to be careful the next time and not to trust strangers so easily. The police asks if they would like to speak to their family, which reminds Imlie about the T family being held hostage. She turns to see Adi worried, who also turs to see Imlie and they walk towards each other in slow motion to "Piya Tose" and hug each other with full feeling. Lagta hai the whole point of this track was to do their punar milan only - so please have very less hopes of Imlie giving any cold shoulder to Adi. Imlie tells him that the T family is in trouble. On a side note, MC has added another feather to her cap of being a pimp, when she gives money to Rajni Dvi for helping get rid of Imlie, and goes back home with the hopes that Adi will be there all dejected.
AT the T house the goons are planning to kill the T's as their partners have been caught. BKaka gets mad that how dare they threaten to kill them in their own house and tries to be a hero, but gets back down as the goons threaten the others with guns. Imlie & Adi reach the T house with the police and find the main door to be locked. Imlie uses her presence of mind to get in through the window (reminding me of the last time she jumped out of the window and Adi caught her😆) along with Adi and they quietly go to the kitchen, where Imlie smartly throws a belan at the goons hand and knocks off his gun. Then both Adi & Imlie throw plats and other stuff from the kitchen, which helps kickstart a fight where everyone removes their frustration on the goons, while Aparna, Rupi di & Radha are standing on the side like abla naaris🤣
Anyway, the police are let in and they take to goons away, while Imlie goes to a teary eyed Aparna, asking if she is okay. In the precap, Malini comes to console Adi that Imlie will be back soon, when Imlie pipes up from the middle of her punar milan crowd that Malini ki bhavishyawani sach ho gayi, and she is indeed back in one piece😆, with Malini getting the shock of her life at seeing Imlie safe and sound😆

So today I managed to watch at a decent hour. Albeit rushed but it’s ok ..
Notably for me I liked the episode . It brought back the old imlie who has been buried under this dumb drama with Didi. The spark from her was missing and today I saw it as she was beating the crap out of the kidnapper ( I imagine she was imagining bs 😂😂😂😂😂😂). I also like how they throw in these fb of her past and today it came through . It’s so telling that in times of distress she thought of her dada. The man who taught her to stand strong and fight adversity. Who is her inspiration to uphold the truth ( apart from her bs who right now is in the doghouse so I am glad she Did not have any fb of him here) her dada Or The man for whom she is supposed to be fighting for now ( if they ever bring him back .. don’t know where he is hiding for so long 😂😂😂). Very well done scene
As for adi, I know a lot of ppl are upset why he didn’t go all Rambo but the truth is he wouldn’t have made it 100 m before he would have been arrested. They kept it real and I liked that part . Playing the part of a distraught husband though I didn’t see him phoot phoot crying but ah well 😬. The part that stood out was that again he was questioned on showing proof. This has got to set something off in his head cos proof has been mentioned so many times lately. I hope it drives him into action about Didi and we’ll registering his wife marriage and never doubting her but think that is too much to ask.
The hug as most say was blink and miss but if u noticed that imlie pulled back and not adi. He prob would have just grabbed her again and continued … but imlie remembered the family being in danger so I liked that . Also adi didn’t know means he was so lost in his imlie that he couldn’t give ghanta farak to call the fam until she was with him.. shows what he thinks of them in times of distress
I also saw glimpse of old bk when he was trying to stand up for the family and it’s telling for the future epi that all those on imlie side were in that circle.
oh yes I must commend the writers on how low they can make didi and ac go.. what disgusting brains they have… happily paying for a girl to be sold to slavery… wow what writers ! Hats off .
