Agreed! Gash and his role as AKT has what has raked in a lot of their TRP. It cannot be denied that Sumbul in her role of Imlie has done enough justice too! But if AKT is not being atrangi in one way or the other...it becomes mundane!

Not discussing original but if they do want to keep the show floating high despite of bit controversy they do need to deviate from original and should not make bs ka character butchered or succumbed to malini bhakti👎🏼

Also, I agree with you on a lot of things, including not understanding the point of this track except to increase the TRP from last week's drop. I stick by my point that they wanted to get Malini's "I still love Adi" ke obsession wala track to conclusion, but last week's subtlety and excessive DD screen space did not work, so they went full blown typical ITV sautan drama to complete this track.

Divorce jaap is by all of us - honestly we need this to be done already - but with Malini & her "mera Adi sirf mera hai" stance, looks like they are intent to take this track to conclusion before they remember that divorce lena hai. So isse ab waqt hai - they have right now put a pin on it and forgotten to address anything related to it

I am still holding out hopes that we will get the kind of episodes we once got from them - it was not too long ago as we did get glimpses of it here and there.

I stand by my opinion that while the episode was entertaining as a silo, there were too many loopholes if we try to connect it to the overall fabric that we were always given

Hopefully they complete this track and give us back the connect we always long for - fingers crossed.

For solo episode wise watch it was fun epi today.. Much bearable than last week..

The way Radha shut up Adi.. I mean you are shutting up a person jiske wife hone ka rights ka whole drama is going on but they will bow in front of M.. Like seriously..

so much agree with each word of yours.. One episode at a time ke liye it was fun episode but story wise they are somewhere lost.. Original story se this looks bit disjoint as this sautan drama is not the Imlie story telling.. But this week I think they are badly trying to damage control the TRP fall... Unfortunately it has come down to silos! I am not much of an ITV viewer..but looks like there are so many variables that go into making a soap. Throw in a pandemic and we get what we have since April! The story telling took a toll right with the entire suicide drama...since then they are dodging around the main plot. Part of it is the weightage they ended up giving didi ka character and just lost the entire balance! Like you said, this week definitely looks like grabbing pieces and making it all work for the sake of TRP's...!! let's hope they really have a plan!
