True about her becoming bitter because of DC. But somewhere that classist and vicious nature was always there as she came from a higher class than Dev and made her father invest in Dev's career, so that she could always have that control. Dev is completely spineless, so he allowed that, which is another reason why I feel the marriage became so toxic along the way.

Btw, did they ever answer in the show when Meethi knew Dev's name, profession and place where he lived even though not the exact address, why Satyakam dint reach the city to punish/confront him?

I think Meethi stopped him from doing so. It may also be the reason why when he came back to PD, SK wanted to shoot him to take her revenge.
