Age difference ka kya hai. my hubby is 11 years older than me.. n ours is love marriage. So its not big deal . ITV mein kitne aise shows hue hai..

I remember and I really liked their story as well. But woh time mein SM was not so widespread for these things. Ab IG aur Twitter ke chalte har koi apne aap ko toap maanta hai and feels they can comment anything and everything, without realising the impact of their words. This is not going to change, best we can do is ensure we do nit fall prey to anything similar.

My god the comment was toxic at its worst. I understand that you want your ship to be shown, but why would you want to call out a person who has just done the best work to keep the show successful. I don't get such people. Matlab just coz they look nice in a frame you ignore the work of everyone else in the show. Then what is the point. Usse achcha un donon ke SS lekar niharthe raho, why watch the show if you are not going to see it in its entirety. Matlab show ka naam Imlie hai and you have a problem with Imlie - why watch it then

Exactly. Remember Kasam se and Bandini - both had amazing lead pairs with 20+ age difference. Yet they pulled it off so well. Also Kuch toh log kahenge and Jee le Zara. So many good shows had a huge age difference and they addressed that difference as well. Yahaan pe abhi tak the story has not yet reached that stage, but slowly it is being addressed her as well. Also age difference ke wajah se they have a different dynamic every time, which makes it a treat to watch.

As for anyone putting themselves in Imlie's shoes - well that would be easier said than done.

The names you mentioned weren't half as impressive as sumbul in their debut show, and I am saying as someone who was fan of few projects these girls did. Maya, Manvi were some of my fav.

Erica, Surbhi, Nia still needs to go miles, but yes they have made quite an impression. 👍🏼

With Sumbul, it's racism coupled up with insecurity about their favorite.

Our latest Moulki lead pair has 25 year difference. 😆And they are doing romance more than our AdiLie. 😎 girl is only 19 in real😆

How does the cold of the skin matter if you can act well. You are an actor, acting is your job. Unless you are playing a character that requires you to have a light skin colour like a foreigner (there also your colour can be explained by saying you are a mixed race). So it honestly should not matter what color if skin you have if you can act, which ST can and how. She has raced far ahead of her peers and gives takkar to her co-stars more than double her age.

Forget in India, even abroad dark people are hailed for their color and acting - Devi from Never Have I Ever is dark skinned and looks beautiful.
