I am so pissed at devs gall to suggest to malini that he will samjhaao imlie to sacrifice her shaadi for didi. Aur didi ko jabardasti shaadi me waapis ghus jaane ki salaah de raha hai. Uski choti beti ko uski 19 years ki life me itna bhugatna pada ki aur athyachaar thope raha hai. He needs to be soundly thrashed by dadda and I hope imlie does not respect her daddas wish to forgive him ever.

Very upset with precap, have a doubt if that will be the real reaction from apu. She would never go to the extent of calling her a naukrani although during the previous kaand when they were suspecting imlie to be the cause of the adi malini separation she banished her to the kitchen.

Aur itna bada reveal ka koi promo bhi nahin.

Dev's actions have stopped getting any reaction from me anymore. That guy is a spineless idiot, who is worse than his wife at attempting to maintain his status in society. He is willing to manipulate his younger daughter to leave her husband for her sister, without even understanding the situation and considering her feelings. I have no expectation that he is going to get any better and him getting beaten up also is not going to change his mentality, toh bechare SK se itni mehnat kyun karwaye. His jail term with Anu is the best torture he has to experience for the rest of life. Honestly even if Imlie forgives him, she is not going to give him any rights to call himself her father, so I am actually resigned to that whole equation.

Apu's reaction was expected. She is Adi's mom and Imlie ne khud kaha that maa beta dono same same daant te hai. Aparna tends to react the same way as BS did when faced with a situation they cannot control, she lashes out at the one person she knows will take her anger. Kal pehle gussa Adi pe utra, lekin taunt was for Imlie, kyunki there she will never lay a hand on Imlie. Woh ab sirf baaton se will continuously try to show her betrayal at Imlie, whom she trusted the most. While the naukrani bit stung, Imlie did come in the house looking for work. She came as a naukrani, who became much more. But at this time, the only way Aparna can show her frustration is by putting her in that box, the same way Adi did when he first tells Imlie to never forget her place. Doing something like that allows them to process their feelings while making sure the other person is in that slot they have assigned them and not interfering in their process.

Promo ka toh aap baat hi mat karo, it has been so loong since we got one.

Actually this slap and Imlie being called Naukarani is necessary ( not for imlie: it is for Adhi again to go to more guilt )

Even yesterday he smoothly got away his guilt by saying to hide truth you done this . But actually in one episode of Pooja before marriage… he addressed imlie as Naukarani. Then Aparna stands with her and says I don’t want to know what is her identity or how she landed up her I consider her as daughter.

This episode role reversal happened.

Even we complained that show is lost connection some where we can see all the journey of Adhithya and imlie in a loop.

I don’t see him in any guilt to be imlie being servant in his house before 2nd PD trip.

On top of that the hidden truth was revealed in the most tortuous manner to the T's by AC who has done nothing but demean them at every point since their alliance with the Chaturvedis. But T's and specially Aparna will come around...it is but a matter of time.

Deservedly so Adi ko pada kaan ke neeche! Every time I want to think AKT has redeemed himself something like this happens and the list seems never ending yet justified. I just wanted to hug Imlie and also make her realize now is not the time to be reverent/nervous/guilty. I have a feeling Imlie will do the talk now that the walk to the truth is done...!!

Now my mind also went on a different tangent because of the director's love for Tarantino (the nonlinear storyline concept that the show follows most likely is coming from there) ..what if the last part is Imlie's dream...and she stops Adi from revealing...or maybe she says that Babusahib is just trying to save her from the slander and they are not actually married. Then the question rises what will she tell everyone regarding who her husband is? Hmm! Oh well, this is just a thought process...I might be thinking too much here...

Part of this thought process is also inclined towards maybe Malini's lie coming out in the open. With this entire declaration of war by AC will it not be clear that Malini's EMA was not the actual reason...

All said and done...IMO the makers managed to keep my interest this entire week. Whether the truth reveal happens or not, they have played a genius stroke by keeping it riveting. I wish that if they are going for the entire truth they better get this right in terms of Adi and Imli's confession..no rush!

As a side note: Mere ko T's ki ek baat samajh nahi aati-- why would Imlie be "so happy" to meet her pati who she has chosen not to even mention about?! Kya log hain yaar! *facepalm*

Adi & Imlie looked resplendent today. More than the makeover, it was that sense of peace that today all the chuppan chupai they have been playing will be over. It was that resolve that jo hoga, saath mein hoga that gave that glow on their faces when they stood together as husband and wife, with Imlie proudly showing off her sindoor.

I am waiting to see the reactions tomorrow. Aparna ke mil gaye, baaki ke T's kya kahenge, kaise kahenge will be something to watch out for. They have always been the staunchest supporters of Imlie and have even shielded her from Adi's prakop. So now after knowing that she has kept such a big truth and that she is in some way responsible for the divorce of Adi & Malini (albeit indirectly) is going to play a huge role in their acceptance of the shaadi and Imlie as their bahu. I had once mentioned that idiosyncrasies in the daughter of the house can be tolerated, but not when they come to the DIL of the house. It is patriarchy & hypocorism at play, but it is a fact. Naukrani ko beti aasani se bana sakte hai, par bahu banna bahut mushkil hota hai. Bahu is supposed to be someone ou choose to get to your house, so when society questions you based on your choice, you will always want that choice to look good along with intrinsically be good as well. While Imlie is the best in terms of her swabhav, but the fact that she as stayed in the house as a help & the world recognizes her as a naukrani to the T family, getting the t family & society to accept Imlie as their bahu is going to be a huge task.

Going to the Bold - First, Adi will not allow Imlie to get maligned, because if she says that Adi is not her pati, then she will be questioned as to why she was hugging him, which would lead to her being called names, which like I said, Adi will not allow. Malini's EMA was not meant for the T's anyway. That was being build up to help Imlie get on board with telling the truth and give Adi a reason to feel less guilty of ruining Malini's life due to his decision to marry her despite being married to Imlie. T's got involved because Aparna overheard Malini and Malini used this as an excuse to move out of the T house permanently. So even if the T's go to Malini and try to convince her to take Adi back, I do not think that Malini will allow the KC truth to actually come out. While she has told her parents that the divorce is happening due to Adi & Imlie being married, she will not let Adi know that KC is not her BF, so in extension she will mostly not let the T's know either. The best that will come out is that Aparna may say that Malini was attracted to KC because of Adi's kand, so they will no longer blame her for the divorce.

Bold 2 - Exactly. I also mentioned the same thing in my update. Kya basis pe the T family went all out to call her husband without discussion with her first. Agar woh mass murderer ya wife beater nikla toh. They would have sent her with him without cross checking? Matlab that bit just did not make any sense to me.

hey thanks - a lot of what you wrote is how i perceived the episode as well. The last few moments Imlie looked a little weird...I sure hope they dont go off on a tangent - too tiring to see this drama again.

I was laughing at Nishanth’s expression on photo frame. What big in it is? ( even we cannot decode anything from his expression but he seems quite calm) Even Rupi & Pallavi afraid what will next happen… Nishanth is confident as Adhithya… Also noticed He Stopped Sundar from going to search for imlie &Adhi. He really giving time to his bro & SIL to spend some quality time with out any others interference.
