I dont think that will change much. Imlie is still from a village and is not as sophisticated as Malini. Like I said, it is easier to get attached to someone and consider them as a daughter, coz end of the day, she will get married and go somewhere else and be their responsibility. Here Imlie is their bahu, so her mannerisms & taur tarike will reflect on the T family, which is leading them to this disconnect.

But I know for a fact that she will come around, but it will take her some time.

Expecting any sensitivity n sane reaction from the C's at this point seems futile. They are only worried about their own importance and lives, to be bothered about anyone else let alone Imlie. Dev has not been able to stop his wife from abusing Imlie and he is now faced with the choice of choosing between his 2 daughters, it felt like a choice of right n wrong. The right thing to follow is always tough n painful n he has chosen the easy path to follow always. Imlie on the other hand has taken the difficult road due to her circumstances and will do it again when faced with a choice. The basic difference between both his betis.

A few things that stood out..

The fact that Dev thinks he can ask Imlie to give up her suhaag for his original beti. Kis haq ke... let him learn what being a father entails.. he is feeling guilt over her, nothing more.. he is inherently selfish. Just to maintain his image, he is asking his young 19 yr to sacrifice, who has sacrificed all this while. It was laughable when he speaking to Malini.

Also noticing the cupboard was open... lol... to set the stage for them to follow Anu to the TH was .... 🤣 to witness her spectacle and to say once more : just shup up, shut up or stop it mom, pls stop it mom...

The Tripathis can never connect the dots, need a map to be drawn. 🤣Anu showed the pic n hung it on the wall, no questions as to how she obtained it in the first place.... logic gaya tehl lele 🤣they are struck dumb when they see their son hugging the 'naukrani' of the house. We did the cliched screenshots of all the members ka reaction on seeing the photo and also when Adi gave the proclamation that HE is the pati. 🤣

The Adilie scene was cute and the way they looked at each other in the mirror was adorbs. Then the LONG 5k walk to the puja area was... like going to the battlefield with the new BGM. Going to face the music together.. whatever happens, we will face it together saath saath seems to be the message.

Woke up to see Adi smashing the table n taking pheras in the living room..it is for real and we have more drama coming our way. Wish we had a good promo.. but never mind.

As for Aparna, she is hurt n disappointed in her son, she will lash out and has the right to give him a slap for his deception & lies. Should be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Dev's entitlement reflects in his daughter as well. Both assume that they can call teh shots and expect people to heel just because they said so. They never want to evaluate the consequences of their actions and assume that whatever they think or do is justified. As I mentioned, Dev's view on Imlie & Adi's feelings is going to be mirrored even tomorrow by the senior T family. It is going to be very difficult for them to accept that Adi fell in love with Imlie after the forced shaadi and despite being married to someone like Malini. While I don't expect Dev to understand Adilie's soul connect, I am hoping the T family do.

I am glad Malini & Dev did not repeat their token dialogue and just stood there watching the tamasha. Easier to digest.

T family se logic expect karna is futile. From the Imlie ka pati aayega toh she will get happy, to Anu showing the pic on the wall and them getting confused there also till Adi announced that he is her husband, the T family have been on their own trip and now have been rudely brought to reality.

Adilie scene gave me the feels and also loved the "ab jo bhi hoa saath mein hoga, dekh lenge" message reiterated during their entire 5 k walk. That was really beautiful to watch.

I think they substituted the promo with the BTS to give us a glimpse of what is to come ahead. Still cool with it, coz tomorrow is going to be lit

Maybe what you say is true. BK never really supported his kids, be it Nishant or Rupi, unless he was shown how his lack of understanding has affected both of them. While CK has given Adi some good advice in the past, both Aparna & CK have been turning a blind eye towards Adi's turmoil, assuming things rather than actually making him sit and talk.

That generation gap is what is now showing very clearly, where the younger T's have been able to accept Adilie's relationship, while the older T's are having such a hard time.

Actually, to a large extent CK has been able to sense the turmoil in Adi whenever he has been confused. Be it when he screams at Malu (for Imlie as always) or when after Imlie goes to the C house after Malu comes back home from the hospital.

There is still a lot that leaves to be desired though. BK on the other hand, while he cannot support his kids due to Radha ji, has always backhandedly supported them.

I just caught the whole clip now. OMG. After the pheras Aparna extinguishes the fire on the table and then throws down the pic also for effect and says she cannot accept this marriage!

(sorry if I missed anyone else in the shout out...this thread is faster than Atif Khan's idea of super fast drama in Imlie, my #TGIFbrain is still catching up on literally all things today...

So confession time- I am glad the truth is out.....please do not the breaks the fraandships with me...but this is not how I expected it...I will still hold my thoughts until I have seen it play out....:).

But having said that I am looking forward to way they are going to present it...it is after all a point of view that each one will have regarding the truth that we all have been waiting for...phew! It is actually out!😊

I am sure most of the junta has already made the comparison, but it this is the "non-cliche" scene from IPK season 1. ASR and Khushi on terrace...❤️ Who did it better we shall know when the screen actually airs..! For me right now Gash is another level..so he is in lead...!!

I should probably really hold my thoughts for this next phase of drama...*sudhar ja kitna chop karayegi*- but I think Imliya will still not speak up...the next phase of drama will see Imlie gradually proving to everyone her confession and compel them all to believe...abhi Babusahib hi barsenge...and I am hoping against hope...that the entire C clan witnesses it...Malini specially!

Are Whateverji, theories & speculations toh chalte hi rahenge. I am just being reserved in expecting anything to come true. Seeing the BTS, mujhe aur bhi JYR ke vibes aa rahe hai. While that one was done very subtly, here the entire drama will be poora with excessive drama, snides, insults and BS getting more and more garam tawa to both Imlie & his family. BS is always on sek, kabhi dheemi aanch pe toh kabhi full fire mein, that man is always ready to blast at the world. Ab tak bechari sirf Imle jhel rahi thi, ab toh pura T family jhelega.

IPK ke saath comparisons toh honge, but I actually got more Rangrasiya vibes with the table tod shaadi (Dont pelo me with tamatar pls). As usual, Gash always is one up, so yeah lets see how it plays out tomorrow.

Like I said, if it goes the JYR way, Imlie pukka kuch nahi bolegi and sab kuch sahegi aur BS se gali bhi usi ke liye khayegi bhi. For once I hope that is dauran Adi finds out about the garam tawa poem also.
