Aditya is the only consistent character in this show so y bashing him😲

I can’t even call it Malayalam ‘version’. Main kitni baar bol chuke hain. Arey for her sake I even went and watched to understand story line🤢 which was not easy for me as romance was not focus there....😂. So for once and for all- Malayalam serial only uses the basic premise that this guy who is a journalist was trapped in a marriage when he went to do a story in tribal area.And also one more similarity is she is a smart girl just like Imlie. But there the similarities end.

His plight/ problem was that from start to finish he only loved the girl he was engaged and then later ‘officially’ married to SO he was always worried about hurting her. He asks his first wife to return to village but there she has all sorts of problems furthering her education and she becomes desperate so he understands he has to support her in her ambition of becoming a doctor and that’s ALL he ever is to her - a mentor and I guess he takes some pride in her achievements. Baat khatam- rishta khatam- waise no other rishta anyway 😄. . But people misunderstand their relationship and always news of his first marriage threatens to come out. So drama is centered around that. In Malayalam serials romance is only important to some extent 😄 So according to this track then, it makes sense that his wife- the one he loves- wants a child and they have a child and then in the end when the ladies find out they are sisters, the older sister and her husband both support the younger sister in her ambitions to become a doctor. As I said- completely different story.

And based on this she is simply extrapolating and bringing in child track to Imlie- where it makes absolutely no sense.

Hope this clears things up. So next time Pls don’t get bothered - there is no comparison at all between the stories.

I also enjoy studying screenplay and the way a story can be contorted in so many ways . Also I was so relieved when I saw how different it was . They are dragging unnecessarily. It's been seven months. Adini completely broken up during this period. Par yaha to.....I don't like when story drags. Guess this is what the makers want.
