There was a brief moment today in Adi-Malini confrontation in Adi's room where Didi said that she advised Imlie because she considered herself as her elder sister & the camera panned to Adi's face.

Adi must be internally praying ki the truth of Imlie being DC's daughter should never come out. Didi will take undue advantage of it to humiliate & hurt Imlie & Imlie will drown in even more guilt & sorrow.

God inki life kitni complicated & happening hai😆.

Sigh....I will never stop being revolted by the staggering levels of ugliness emerging in Malini's personality.....she actually thinks she can keep Imlie suppressed by holding her poverty over her. So the logic is that Imlie toh gareeb naukraani hai so she doesn't deserve to be spoken to respectfully? 😕....Imlie literally cried and begged in front of her, but Malini didn't budge an inch and didn't feel even an iota of remorse ki usne kisi ko rula diya hai....she blamed Adi in the morning for her behavior but there was not even a passing thought ki Imlie ko sorry hi bol do if as you claim you are feeling bad over your behavior...she doesn't even consider Imlie HUMAN anymore...that is what it is coming across as....she is behaving like Imlie is a piece of dirt beneath her shoe that she can kick around without any apologies.

As for Love....lol such a pathetic joke it's all turned out to be. Adi kitne time tak rueful sarcasm mein bolta tha na ki Kismat ne uske saath mazaak kiya hai by tying him and Imlie in a forced marriage? Isse zyada ghatiya mazaak toh yeh hai kismat ka that you deluded yourself into thinking you are in love with a person who is so ugly in nature...usse zyada unfortunate baat kya ho sakti hai.....aise insaan pe 7 saal waste kiye, aise insaan ke saath khud ko baandha who will now never let you know a moment's peace or find your true happiness.....lol Karma Babusahib ka, par bhugtegi bechaari Imlie bhi the consequences of him letting such an ugly natured person into his life.

Is it too much to ask that Adi will EVER reflect on the fact that choosing the daughter of a woman like Mrs. C was never going to end well for him?😆

I again had to pause after watching the first confrontation in the living room.

Malini says 'bhina kuch jaane kya guys, aap kisi random ladki ke vajah sey apni bhi ko etc etc'... If Imlie is indeed a random ladki, why does her wearing it not wearing sindoor bothers Malini. You do not go about asking random people why they are dressed in a certain way or applied certain accessories, even if she considers Imlie as a house help, who encroaches on household helps personal space. So, Malini knows very well Imlie is not some random ladki or naukrani for Ts or even for Adi. Imlie is always dear to Ts and after Imlie's recent achievement, the respect and love Ts had for her also increase. As Sundar pointed out, she is not a naukrani anymore and her life starts from here. Malini understands this and this is what she is not able to digest. Other than trying to rile up Adi, by calling Imlie random girl, bhaharwali and Naukrani, she is also trying to remind everyone who Imlie is to the family.

Yes, everything that Malini is showing of her true nature now should give Adi more pause that he has to protect Imlie from Malini. This woman will use EVERY piece of ammo you give to her to subjugate you and demean you....she will absolutely give hell to Imlie if she ever finds out that Imlie is the product of her dad's EMA....don't expect any humanity from Didi towards Imlie on that account.

Babusahib, you need to step up BIG time to shield Imlie from Malini's ugliness in the coming days....enough of this nonsense of letting her get away with saying anything....haq wagairah karte raho sort since you invited the devil into your life with this so called haq she is rubbing in your face....but you better step up for Imlie cuz this woman will rip her to bits at this rate.

Re: Adi....oh absolutely he was getting ferocious in his responses to Malini insulting/demeaning Imlie but I think he was trying to hold himself back jitna bhi he could cuz of family ke pleas and seeing the devastation on Imlie's face ki woh aur upset ho jaayegi as this escalates.

As others have pointed out, Malini was provoking reactions out of Adi deliberately by insulting Imlie....she wanted him to do something extreme so that he falls in the eyes of the others and she feels more superior again.....He didn't fully give her the satisfaction to the level she wanted though I guess.....again, such a horrible couple they make.....enduring mystery that Adi couldn't get a clue about the actual ugliness of her personality. It might not be so simple na..See, if Adi says that it was a forced marriage, it would be unfair to Imlie now. it would mean that his marriage with Imlie is invalid. and if he accepts that he is Imlie's husband then how come he went ahead with Marriage with Malini...It is BIGAMY...it is a crime...something which Mrs C might just harp on getting the jail angle...so Imlie might have to say that her marriage was invalid.

The safest way would be end the relationship with Malini and THEN to accept the relation with Imlie...but naturally that is not going to happen. IT is ITV... it cannot be practical..nobody wants that bore😆

As you said, aaj Adi inched toward accepting he can't blame it all on kismat, he has to accept his own mistakes and move towards correcting them.....I liked how he said ki sabse mushkil kaam hota hai apni galtiyon ko maanna....and that is what he wants to go and do now. Yehi farak hai between him and Malini no matter how much Malini keeps trying to compare her actions to his as she feels entitled to misbehave.....difference yeh hai ki Adi's conscience has always still kept him grounded....it has always managed to bring him back on track somehow even if he has made mistakes or hurt others in his own frustrations. Malini is incapable of this.....she literally has no personality of her own I now feel....kabhi Imlie ko dekha toh uska kuch copy kar liya like that Mankua thing....kabhi apni Maa se cheezein copy karke unke words repeat kar liye....now she's claiming she's just mirroring what Adi used to do in terms of badtameezi😕.....Didi ka khud ka kuch hai bhi ki bas baaki logon ke mix and match personality traits hi aise khichdi banaa ke sab pe maarne hain? Copying mein bhi faltu hi hain Didi....dhang se kisi ko copy bhi nahin kar paati....half-assed imitations of all the people she is claiming to be "inspired" by.

Aditya made mistakes but he was justified in a roundabout way. He was blaming Imlie because he had no one to blame and lashing out at her because she was a stark reminder of his "jhoot". He repented and rectified his mistakes, still is.

With Malini, its not even assumption. She is just lashing out at Imlie because her husband is being nice to Imlie. What kind of logic is that, ki you have problems in your marriage, you are not able to solve it so you lash out at person who was your sister (note the "was" because yesterday Malini said ki Imlie meri behen thi, so that relationship is also dissolved now) just because your husband no longer has issues with her. Even after Aditya kept stressing that it is her attitude that is a problem and not Imllie, she was dragging Imlie into their couple issues. I have just accepted the fact that Malini is always going to air the dirty laundry in front of the whole family so it does not even bother me anymore but even at this stage, she is not ready to see the issues in their own relationship, she is blindly blaming Imlie From an audience point of view we get that but from Malini's POV that is just so wrong to drag her third party into your couple fight instead of focusing on solving your internal issues.

Objectively speaking, what was she trying to achieve here? She always backtracks but yesterday she just went on and on and ended up alienating the person that she was all set to fight for. So was it just that she lost control in her anger because Aditya did not side with her again. I can give her that but after sleeping on it for a night, don't you generally calm down and reflect on the things that you did in anger. There was no remorse, no regret on her face the next morning. It almost seems like a person who is all ready to accept the reality of her relationship which Malini is incapable of doing. So what is the game plan here or what is her thinking process or just that if she leaves, Aditya will come running behind her?

AY...Sumbul's face is a myriad of emotions...She is not beautiful in the ITV bahu type sense...but her smile lights up the whole screen. The way she has flawlessly picked the accent, the body language. Imlie's cuteness, Imlie's fearlessness, her love, her pain...all get so superbly emoted by her!! The girl packs a punch!!!

On a side note...GM...Somehow The way he cries on every power packed emotive scene...hiding that tough and angry man exterior, seems to be like GM's personal touch...

I noticed it the first time on the bus incident, when he wanted to patao Imlie to stay back and not leave for PD.

And that is where I have problems with Ts. They didnt notice him crying? All they notice is how HURT Madini was?

LOL@ the way she "carries" her saris....toh matlab model bahu chahiye thi ghar mein doll ki tarhaan sajaane ko? 😆 I find this mindset so grating....pampering someone in affection is one thing but treating bahus like dolls is something I definitely find to be a turn off.

Adi ko bhi kya doll hi chahiye thi bas saji dhaji ghar mein rakhne ko? lol that doesn't jive with his personality....😆....I've always wondered why Malini goes around parading her saris like a princess....Adi's personality is all about practicality yet he chose someone like her? They should show then ki Adi was actually that shallow in choosing her ki bas packaging ke basis pe socha yeh sahi hai😆....otherwise there are too many contradictions in why he would choose someone like her.

Bhai crime toh kiya hai na bigamy wala....so he has to suffer the consequences of it at some point....how exactly does he think he is going to get Imlie her rights if he can't even acknowledge her as his wife? Phir PD mein sabko kyun bolkar aaya hai ki patni hai? Pari ko bhi kyun bola hai?

There is also the Mithi angle to all this....agar Mithi ko hi assurance nahin de paayega that Imlie IS his wife, then toh all this is moot na....Didi and her psycho mom are welcome to keep doing whatever and I'm sure they will never make it easy for Adi-Imlie but I don't see Imlie ever invalidating her marriage to Adi....that would go against her character. She is consistent on one thing all along....that the sindoor, the rishta is something Sita Maiyya jodoed....it is her truth. She is willing to step back from her marriage but she will never call it invalid.....that would amount to her accepting the status of being illegitimate in Adi's life and that would be insulting to both herself and to him.

If it's all going to get that ugly, I'm going to have to step back.....I hope the writers plan it better than you are making it sound here😆

That morning after was so nice. There was no anger, no blames nothing. It was just stark reality, acceptance and discussion between two rational people. Though their views are different on this matter, they each understand the other views and there was no jijak in Imlie' step when he asked her to walk beside her and he did not even wait to confirm that she was following him. He gave the decision to her to make but was sure that she will always stand beside him. This fight is more Aditya's than Imlie but though he is ready to face the consequences, she is his strength, encouragement and saathi. Like he said, ab jo hoga saath mein hoga.

The other thing that was really nice was Imlie did not give up on the sindoor, she did not say even once that I will not apply it because the sindoor, Aditya is more important to her and for that she is ready to face all the wrath from Malini time and again.

Exactly, there was zero remorse in her next morning also for creating such a big scene in front of the whole family....bas thoda sa token sa bola to her mom on the phone that I'm feeling bad about what happened but it didn't feel genuine one bit....bas bolne ko bol rahi thi and she didn't really seem to feel bad about what happened.

So it wasn't anger, it wasn't impulse....it was plain and simple entitlement and ego....she isn't able to see anything beyond that.

And LOL yes, she very much is thinking again ki woh jaayegi toh Adi will come running after her to manaao her.....that is what she was telling her mom on the phone also ki main is baar itni aasaani se nahin maanungi....the delusions are endless....she still thinks this is just some roothne manaane wala game going on that she leaves the house and he comes to grovel before her again to take her home. Then phir end mein yeh bhi soch liya ki oh Adi didn't stop me, means this proves he doesn't love me anymore, maybe he never loved me.....lol if it was a regular character, I'd think oh wow she's had a big moment of realization....but this is Didi....she will forget this big "realization" within moments of leaving the room and will be back to her entitled tamaashe and tantrums.
