Word on Imlie’s presence. He was basically just living day to day on his own compromises that he never realized/ attempted to find out who he actually was.

Kind of felt bad for Adi. Poor guy have a family who never tried to know what is going on with him😒 He was missing for 4 days. He could have been in danger. In Fact he was ill bitten by a snake. And Ts will never knew. 🥺. He too need someone to lean on

+100. Earlier it was easy to compartmentalize his feelings & behave in the manner that was expected of him. But after falling in love with Imlie, all his ability to compartmentalize has vanished. His feelings for Imlie have overtaken both his heart & mind.

Toh ab woh naap tol bhi nahin ho paa raha with Malini that he could otherwise manage very easily ki kab Malini ki kitna dose of concern and affection dena hai.....now he isn't able to do any of that cuz ab aatma jaag gayi hai and jaagi hui aatma ko dhoka dena zyada mushkil hota hai.

Yes. He is not able to show concern & affection to her on a basic human or friend level to Malini, because now he cannot share himself with anyone but Imlie. He feels that Imlie is the only one who has the haq on his being & everything is for her. He is not able to share even 1% of what belongs to Imlie with Malini now.

I keep circling back to that dropped capsule scene from today.....his body language after Imlie cuts the call is just so well done by GM in showing how ekdum SUNN pad gaya hai Adi....you can see he's literally in a haze...usko Malini ki awaaz bhi 2-3 baar bulaane ke baad hi suni.....and he couldn't even gather his thoughts enough to remember the capsule....woh pura set was so well done in showing ki Imlie ki awaaz sunne ke baad Adi ka mann phir se aur zyada wahin ruk gaya uske paas.....he was finding it hard to pull himself out of it to function even for doing chores for Malini...bare minimum bhi nahin ho raha isse.

This phone call scene was a master class in showing not telling. His entire body language as soon as he heard Imlie's voice, as if life was breathed back into him. All his tadap & restlessness to talk with her, listen more of her voice was coming through with all his fumbling with the medicine. It was as if his soul was transported to Imlie, begging for her understanding & hence he was not able to hear Malini calling out to him. Excellent acting by both GM & ST in showing the delicious angst between Adi Imlie even across a phone call👏

Not right away. Maybe it will require someone else asking Adi why is he calling her Malini for her tube light to get turned on😆 But he called her Malini in all his talks as well as in his mind as well.

I expected her to pick up on it instantly but abhi tak isne note hi nahin kiya hai that Adi has TOTALLY stopped calling her "Moon"😆.

I have stopped having any expectations for her to get a clue. She will not pick on this totally obvious change but will doubt on him having received call from an unknown number which he didn't even bother to hide from her. Special case of obliviousness hai ye bandi🤣

Are they saving that "realization" for a special occasion? lol....also I feel like if she notices it and asks him to call her "Moon" again, he won't even be able to do that much anymore.....he's literally like in this STUCK sa mode where sach bhi nahin bol paa raha and token gestures bhi nahin kar paa raha pehle waale.

Adi will definitely not be able to call her "Moon" now even if she asks him. He will give some lame excuse for it that she will accept on the surface but Andar hi Andar will be going "Kuch toh gadbad hai Daya" mode😆

Has it ever been explained why Adi has given her the nickname of "Moon" in any initial epis? Because it is so different from her actual name. Is it in reference to him being Aditya i.e. Sun, so his gf is called "Moon"😆 So cheesy🤣

After all the grand love gestures & PDA from Adi, it will be even more difficult for them to believe that Adi never truly loved her. Also their sympathy would be more for Malini in the situation.

They will definitely not understand how Adi can fall in love with Imlie. He has treated her so harshly before them in a need to distance her from himself that it would be frankly unbelievable for them. Also superficially they are so different from each other- he being the serious patrakaar & her being the chulbuli jhalli that they would question their compatibility together. Imlie is literally treated like a kid by them & they will not find it easy to imagine her as a life partner for the stoic, closed off Aditya.

If he could not nibhao his relation with Malini who was a perfect partner for him on paper then how can they take his love for Imlie seriously. Also they might initially resent Imlie because she was literally forced on Adi & hence managed to come in between Adi-Malini.
