I somehow feel they are going to skip over how she’s going to come to Delhi. There’s probably going to be a bit of leap in between until Aditya bumps into Prakash and makes him vomit out where Imlie actually is. And then he brings her back. Unless they give us four episodes of how he tends to Malini at home 🤓 I still think Prakash knows the truth only because now the circle of truth keepers can only grow 😆

Re Prakash’s actual feelings.....no doubt but he is already a non-entity to Imlie. She does not care. Toh uske feelings ka woh kuch bhi kare what is the point anyway. The only way he gets to remain in her life is by supporting (pretending to mostly) her.

This is such a different man compared to the first 100 episodes. Selective amnesia hai abhi 😆but this scene was something else

It clearly depicted what Imlie brings to his life...calmness. Something that seems to have been missing all this while. And they do not even need a restaurant, flowers etc to be together whereas on the other hand Malini needed a room full of candles every time she needed to feel special. Nothing for or against candles 😆 but the wholesomeness that this roti and ganna brought along, there is absolutely no comparison.

LOL it's not about what he can do regarding his feelings for her or whether they matter to Imlie. Obviously that's not the issue. I thought the issue we were discussing was about how genuine Prakash's concern for Imlie is as a friend😆. And I called bullshit on that cuz most of his "concern" is about just wanting her for himself so he wants to see her split from Adi.

Imlie ke liye toh anyways it's like dost banke rehna hai toh dost banke raho when it comes to Prakash.....lol she clearly draws a line when he tries to overstep and draw insinuations about her and Adi. Which reminds me of one of the under-rated lines from Friday's epi.....when Imlie tells Adi ki Prakash use na kabhi rok paaya hai na kabhi rok paayega😆.

As for a time jump.....lol I think next couple of epis will go in Malini's return to the Tripathi house and Adi-Imlie missing each other in their respective homes.....uske baad Imlie ke exams dikhaa ke they will likely bring her to Delhi by the latter half of the week and Holi preps can start around then. It won't be much of a time jump.....Imlie anyways was expected to come to the city once her exams were done.....woh nipta denge ek epi mein.....lol

Now, It is my over thinking and overanalyzes who will continue this post!

1) when Imlie asked her SM to gave her Adi as her husband for the next coming life, she didn't ask to be his wife! maybe both will have the same result of them being together, but I think choosing the word husband over wife here have some meaning!
she want him to be just hers, that she own the haq over him!
while if she asked to be his wife, that mean that Adi have the haq on her, or that being his wife is what defined her identity
so being as her husband will not shadow her identity but it is to be her partner in life

while Malini when she talked on the phone , she defines herself as Aditya wife, it shows how she is dependent in this relation

2) child/mother connection, we see 3 types today clearly,

(a) Aparna/Adi : she didn't asked him once why?! she didn't wait for him to justify his action, the love is there, but clearly there is a lack of communications and understanding from her side as a mother, she expect a perfect son with now mistake, she want him to be in a good manner all the time, maybe that what make him a loner, when you don't find someone to understand you, how could you communicate with others? and maybe this what made him settle with Moon, coz this is the norm as he saw while growing up that you are always expected to do the right thing and be the good one! he was wrong yes, but give him a space too na?!

(b) Mithi/Imlie: she really felt her daughter's pain, yes she didn't know the whole story, but at least manage to hug her daughter, to give her comfort and support in her sad time, while Imlie this time just could not hide it, it was so much pain that she could not hide!

(c) Anu/Millani: she is over control, I could feel her pain as a mother, but she is not the kind of comfort mother, she is the type of mothers who always want things to be their ways, scold rather than support, which made Millani always in the defense mood in every fight or talk they go through together, Millani will always see her mom at the wrong side even if her mother was on the right side!

Lol Monday brains. So when I said supportive initially, I meant pretentious only - should have used the right word from the beginning 😆. He has been a shady character since day 1 especially where Imlie is concerned. I mean who buys a rose and earrings that she saw at a market when she thought no one was looking.

And that line from Imlie in last week’s episode was so good. Like no one needed to hear it but she still said it anyway 😆 Aditya ko aise hi reassurances mil jaate hain

Re wrapping up everything in one episode......😲 Good though. I cannot take more of Malini’s nautanki. I mean, what was that whole Mussorie trip all about that DC riffed off on just after she fainted. Weird family. Only AC seemed really clear headed

I agree - Prakash will not be the mechanism that gets Imli to T house. He will be a secret keeper and try to help Imli as needed and be against what Adi is doing to Imli. Isnt this what a good friend ought to do? I agree he should not be doing it to further his chances - but may be as he learns more about Imli's love for Adi - he'll back off and continue as merely a friend.

I'm not getting the angst against him. Prakash knows Imli and wants to protect her. I see his point about how unlikely it is for someone like Adi to be forcefully married to a girl like Imlie and for Adi + his family to be completely chill about it. Esp since he sees Imli is not as happy or secure as a wife should be. He was in love with her and like SK did not express it - and lost her. That may pinch occasionally- but I don't see his character yet as someone who will continue to be involved with Imli just for his own benefit - I see his role more as supportive to Imli. That is if he is secret keeper as I think he will be. I'm glad Imli has someone like this - to speak on her behalf - even if she may not want his interference - so it does not seem like she has no one on her side. I know she has Adi - but someone who will instgate Adi will make the story more enjoyable.

Prakash is pragmatic and clear headed - his response to Malini's call - I liked it. With emotional characters like Adi, Malini etc all running loose - occasionally nice to have someone who is trying to stick with reality. Last but not the least - Adi considers him competition - as he is the trigger for all of the enjoyable Adi jealousy scenes to date. I'm not complaining - so far Sundar has failed to deliver in this regard.

LOL and I'm personally not getting why Sundar and Prakash are only being compared for their "usefulness" regarding bringing out Adi's jealousy. Me personally, I need something more from a character than that to find some value to them *shrugs*.....but to each their own.

Pretentious people are a turn off to me....and I don't see any practicality or maturity in Prakash.....lol a guy who was stalking Imlie in the market to buy her jhumke and flowers secretly is practical? 😆

Re: Imlie's exams....lol yeah I really don't think they are going to show the rest of her exams in as much detail now that Adi isn't around to fight to the death to get her to her exams😆. Malini ki nautanki toh chalti rahegi....I'm braced for that regardless. But I do feel we will get some movement on both sides of the divide....and it won't be long before Imlie is back in the city by later this week.

Chaturvedis are just a super weird and self-absorbed lot, all of them.....that entire Mussoorie trip bit was LOL....and I couldn't stop laughing at Dev planning trips so calmly....badi jaldi recover ho gaya from the events in PD.....lol.....AC was still amusing to some extent.....her scene with Adi was🤣....the fact that Adi actually looked upset over her being so directly rude with him...more than usual.....lol

Let Prakash know.....mehh I'll still keep rooting for him to be bajaaoed by both Imlie and Adi in turns😆
