So the shoe was on the other foot for a bit today😆. Usually we see Adi grappling with his decisions, his confusions about where he is in Imlie's life.....today, Imlie got to do that after many days😆. She made a difficult decision in asking him to leave.....made a resolve that she will be fine by herself and she will be able to live with his memories for the rest of her life. But she too is struggling with her resolve within hours of him leaving😆....wondering why she's missing him so much....thinking he's probably not missing her this much.....haha Imlie, phir se doubt ho gaya tumhein?😆
Such a lovely scene where Imlie misses Adi while she tries to study....remembering how he corrected any mistake she made while studying.....and lo and behold, Adi turns up to correct her in her imagination too😆. The way she instantly ran to hug him.....aww our poor brave girl who's been trying to be strong and brave for so long....she has her moments of vulnerability too....she was strong in front of him when he was the one wavering.....but now she ran to him in her imagination in an instant....needing to hug him and unable to hold back her tears.
These bits when they both imagine each other....lol Adi in the previous epi imagining her teasing him as being greedy for her moti rotis😆....and Imlie imagining him in this scene asking her why she didn't stop him from leaving if it's hurting so much....aww our poor dukhi lovebirds😆.....this scene showed that Imlie holds back a lot of her emotions for him but they are no less intense than his for her.
She tries to shake herself out of it again later on wondering why she's wavering in her resolve, asks for forgiveness from her Sita Maiyya again for thinking any such thoughts of wanting him to be with her....reiterating ki saare haq Malini didi ke hi hain.....lol then asking for a wish ki agle janam mein, bina kisi ka dil dukhaaye, she gets the haq to call Babusahib her pati in front of everyone😆. Our poor sweet girl.....itni nanhi si jaan pe itna saara emotional stress.
She isn't even being able to focus on her studies much....these few days with Adi have brought her even closer to him so now it's harder for her to pull back from the connection they share.....the way she was trying to show in front of Mithi that she's happy but then ended up asking why she isn't being able to eat or function or live without him.....poor thing.
The irony is that itna sab hone ke baad bhi both Adi and Imlie will keep thinking that the other isn't missing them as much as they are missing them😆. Aag dono taraf baraabar lagi hai....lol but circumstances test their faith and resolve in each other.
Poor Imlie spent much of today's epi wondering if Adi is even thinking about her as much as she's thinking about him😆. I think a lot of it has to do with her feeling that out of sight becomes out of mind for Adi cuz when he goes back to Malini, he will be busy with her.....lol
That said, these doubts are her own to grapple with or discuss with Adi.....I love the FIERCE glint that comes in her eyes if some OUTSIDER tries to question hers and Adi's concern for each other....lol aaj Prakash ko mila dose for questioning whether Adi has forgotten about Imlie and yeh rishta chal kaise gaya....Imlie told him to buzz off and not interfere in her life🤣....and the way she answered Prakash ke questions that Adi and Imlie aren't equal in stature cuz of the city-village divide so how did they come to equality in this marriage.....the way Imlie stood up for the fact that why can't SHE be Adi ki pasand and his love....I don't think it was just to push back against Prakash ke suspicions....she was remembering Adi's almost confession to her too which gave her the impetus to say this even if she grapples with her own doubts about whether Adi is still remembering her.
LOL@ the little flashback of Adi-Imlie eating ganna and Adi drawing his phone number on her wrist to help her memorize it😆....should I even bother wondering yeh baat cheet kab kar li inhone? After the almost confession in the forest, they were chill enough to hang out and eat ganne again?😆
Aaj toh kismat alag khel khel gayi.....Adi had to cut Imlie's call to go talk to Malini....lol and ab woh Pari ke phone pe Adi ka number aa gaya to set up Prakash finding the truth in the precap.....naya syaapa😆.
A few words for Babusahib dealing with some repercussions today as well.....lol first the fact that he only realizes Malini left the house after Sundar told him.....then a heavy dose of guilt laid on by Aparna on him telling him he doesn't respect women😆.....then he drags himself to Malini's house but baahar aa gaya Editor saab ka phone😆....who proceeds to tell him that he's ashamed of how he's conducted his personal life🤣. Editor Saab ne li Malini ki side.....lol and Adi was defending Imlie more that it's not her fault either😆....but phir yeh bhi bol diya ki Imlie ke saath ki shaadi jhooti thi but feelings sacchi hain🤣.....this dude won't be able to solve this problem in this lifetime😆. Beta agar shaadi jhooti thi toh yeh kaise sach hai ki you keep calling her your wife all the time? Dumbass😆
Anyways, Malini didi ne ek fainting spell bhi kar liya aaj....so we can all figure out how many more are going to happen in the coming days at this rate😆.....brace yourselves.....lol
