The couple will celebrate their Nach Baliye 2 victory five months after winning the show
 | Party ho jaye? Tina and Hussain | Better late than never. Hussain and Tina will throw a party in the second week of May to celebrate their Nach Baliye 2 victory.
The couple wanted to have this party soon after they won the competition, but circumstances compelled them to postpone the party till now.
After the finale, Hussain and Tima were asked to do many shows that required them to travel outstation.
Once that got over, Hussain was chosen to host Indian Idol 3, which again required him to travel extensively. Then Hussain's uncle expired.
Tina tells HiTLIST, "I wish we could have had it earlier, but it's okay. We will still enjoy it to the hilt and nobody will go home without having a ball."
Life's a breeze
The party will have the second season's contestants and the crew in full attendance. Senior officials from SOL (Nach Baliye's production house) and Star One will also attend.
"We haven't decided the venue yet, but it'll definitely be a closed environment. We don't want to be subjected to rules that won't allow us to play music beyond 10 pm. Most people don't reach the party before 10.30 pm here. We want to have lots of dancing and singing," says Tina.
On the work front, Tina is busy shooting for her Sony show, Life Ban Jaaye, and has already interviewed Rahul Khanna, Ravi Kissen, Celina Jaitly and Kangana Ranaut. "My shooting dates are decided only as per the availability of the actor, so life's not really hectic.
I'm required for only a few hours once or twice a week. Hussain has played a major role in encouraging me, the same way in which he convinced me to participate in Nach Baliye 2."
So far, Tina has really enjoyed conversing with Rahul Khanna. "I would love to interview big stars like Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan. Aamir is my eternal favourite, but unfortunately, he rarely gives interviews," she says.
Family way
On the personal front, Tina says she and Hussain are planning a family but that's at least two years away. "Aisi bhi kya jaldi hai?" she signs off. |
