VD 😃 Your post was the first thing I read this morning and as usual I love your writing style.
TWTW 😆 liked the abbreviation !Thanks 😆...was getting hard to put in short titles and "the week that was" was taking up too much space! 😆...thank you are for compliment on writing style! :-)Getting to the point now. I agree with you totally on Aarzoo's realisation. We have to understand that she has never been portrayed as a bright person , so it did take a while and a zor ka jatka for her to realise that she married him because she loved him and not for the money. But I think what was more important to her was she now knew for sure that he loved her , more than his own life. Its not her fault though that she couldn't see this before. How can a not so bright person understand the conflicting words and actions of the great SAC ?Yep, key thing is that she has discovered that he loves her. However i do agree with you (i think you mention it later) that i would still like to see Sahir discuss the last few weeks with Arzoo and explain why he did what he did. He needs to tell her that she has had feelings for her for a while, but knew that he didn't have a right to feel that way because he was already married and having her as a second wife was something he couldn't inflict on her. But he also needs to mention that he didn't realise how strong these feelings were until Zaki started voicing his feelings and thats when the saga started...Another scene I totally loved was the one where she stopped him from hurting himself. She infact said that I cannot permit you to hurt yourself , meaning now he has to take permission from her and he of course surrenders. We have seen this many times now , that the minute she starts using her authority Sahir always surrenders, the ointment applying scene , the scene where she says thank you to him in the office , the one when the candle wax falls on her hand , and now the one where she stops him from getting up. He is content that she cares enough to do this and she doesn't exploit the fact that he actually listens to her and uses it only when he stops being reasonable. She had total "haq" over him , even before the wedding. Only thing is he cannot tolerate when she takes rights over someone else like Zaki, he is really possessive. Not only does he want her to be his , its equally important for him that she is totally his.Yep, absolutely, she uses it sparingly, only when she needs to. And yes, he is extremely possessive...thats one of the things that i love about him...he can do some amazing things like treat Zeenats family as his own, but then he displays a lot of 'princely' traits...possessiveness for Arzoo being one of them, even though technically at the time, he had zero rights because he hadn't even confessed his feelings...in fact he had said the opposite to her, that she didn't matter to him!Next coming to the part where she cries on Alvira's bed. She has now started putting Sahir before everything else including herself which is very significant. The scene where she sucks out the poison, although illogical is another reinforcement of this.
The thing with Arzoo is that she has always been very self righteous, which has many times annoyed me about her because she has been pretty black and white about things...for example supporting Zaki and not really feeling the need to provide and explanation to Sahir, thus making matters worse. But as you say, she is putting herself in Sahirs shoes and seeing the world from a different perspective. Even her questioning why Alvira doesn't seem to care enough is significant improvement...before she wouldn't have recognised the grey. Now she does. 👏SP has improved significantly and infact if we go back and watch the earlier episodes it will feel like its a different person we are watching. HC ... simply brilliant, show him for 2 minutes and he steals the show !
yes indeed...she is much more at ease in the romantic scenes in terms of body language, i just loved the wet hair scene and the way she was flirting with him...very good indeed.Yes, Harshad Chopra has been cast perfectly for this role...his look, he voice, his acting, he is Sahir Azeem Chaudary...and his screen presence in this avtaar is powerful. I have seen clips of some of his other serials, and i don't think his presence is as powerful as this one...the mature role suits him very well!Already a long reply VD, just one last thing , if they kiss , they will not stop at that 😳 , the kiss and the consummation will come together I am sure , there is no holding back now from either of them 😉Actually, you are right...again, one of the traits of Sahir i love is that he is fire and passion personified. This man is like a latino lover! Even though he does love Arzoo, he also finds are extremely physically attractive...him wanting to kiss her is because he wants to express his deep feelings but i agree...i don't think he would be able to stop at that...and not her either for that matter! 😆Let us hope that the TRP's increase and some of the negative aspects of the show are cut down !Yes i hope so...with all the bloopers, its still a fabulous show because the casting as been fab and the characters being portrayed are wonderful...i even love the supporting cast!
Lovely write up ... loved reading it
And agree shiviya was very natural in all the scene where it mattered ... honestly seeing the BTS videos i wasn't sure about the impact of the scenes as they were shot from weird angles ... but she was awesome ... as for HC he is tou always great even if they show him for a few seconds, he just knows how to own a sceneI do wish though they show SaAz in a bit more detail ... and i do hope we get an explanation some where down the line that why Sahir forced arzoo to marry him that is still unresolved, i mean we do understand the why and have analysed it too but I still want them to tell that story! Also I wish they had shown some flashbacks of his loneliness that arzoo had noticed earlier (like the lashing marks etc. or his dialogues about how money runs the world) when she realized how lonely he is yesterday, it would have been a lot more impactful!
P.S: I wish they remove the head horn permanently though ... she looked so damn pretty in the blue suit and that make-up ... i would love that look to continue

Vish 😃lThanks a lot for putting it in a nut shell 👏..n with lovely take from u 😳So I guess the major issue this week was less sahir n SaAz n the dominance of silly things especially the product endorsing ..which was too OTT ..Anyway the fact remains tht sahir shot n ARZOO worked took the Cake for me ..it was very very well done n both shivya n HC were BrillaintI would love it if they compete the SaAz scene n also make the SaAz moments more elaborateAnd I don't know KA n Zeenat are hand in glove or not but they defo seem to be hiding more than they let on ESP KAI don't get it wht is the fetish of the ph with all negative characters ..they are So many n they do come across as confused n over lapping .lfor instance why would Alvira not support her down daughter n love zaki to death ..n why KA has a thing for Zeenat n sahir then 😲Anyway I do hope they tie up the lose ends n give us more SaAz licious n Meaningfull epis 😳
