Do you all remember the episode where Aarzoo gets a makeover and KA is with Zeenath in the hospital ?
Ok ... so this is just the wild me thinking, I don't know if the CV's even remember this scene.
What if Zeenath had actually woken up from the coma during that time itself and KA had told her everything ? So maybe they had the whole thing planned then ... about her reentry and of course they had to take Dr.Khurana into confidence (why leave him ? lets butcher him also) and Zeenath was sent for further treatment to the US just to scare Sahir that she will be back and he shouldn't be thinking of anyone else, but unfortunately their plan did not work and by the time KA knew about the wedding it was already late, do there was another drama saying someone tried to kill her and she along with KA and the third person (Don't ask me who ... He's the guy who is wearing the skeleton dress) is doing all this ?
Does it make any sense ? I couldn't think of any other possible explanation 😕
