I got to know that the channel is really interfering in the creatives. Lots of issues with the PH. And Gul is not interested much in HS. The channel is giving the PH a lot of grief about the ratings & they have pulled back all the promos and only promoting the new Balaji show... They are being unfair to HS but Gul is not fighting. The writing team is also in shambles.. Everyday a new writer is writing screenplays & broad story if you check the credits. Only the main story person & Gorky are same. Directors are also changing. This is really sad because HS is such a different love story but channel is not showing its faith which is why the rushed episodes & loose editing. That's why the wedding epi was so rushed. I fear that they will not give us SaAZ scenes & might make it like a routine saas bahu now hoping for ratings or worse a mix of CID & Adaalat since only that works on Sony. Let's pls start writing to the channel & 4 Lions that we want romance... We want SaAZ.. We want the show that was promised to us... Humsafars not some lame family drama.

Yes the channel is favouring BT, but EK had made it sure when BALH ended ,tat she has a show in mind n 10.30 pm was her time demand, hence tat slot was allotted to them...as per promotions is concerned, then all new shows on Sony r facing the same issue...

Pressure from channel, yes. No support from Gul, don't think so, coz they r promoting their show indirectly thru social media channels, its here tat v pitch in, v need to pressurize the channel online...

U c another show "tum aise hi rehna" is having the same trp but no pressure from channel...y? Coz d pH is asslicking the big shots of Sony...here the case is different..v need to give Gul the benefit of doubt...

For me the most recent proof of bad editing/ direction was the coal scene ... the way she took forever to take one step ... and then the next ... made it laughable ... then the reastion of Sahir on it was just not captured properly ... even if they wanted to show he went into shock seeing her self torture since its something he does too ... it was not established ... which made the whole thing look unreal with sahir just standing there and letting her do it ... if he went numb or something it needed to be established but it was not

Vandy, even my frustration is with the Zaki angle, but 1 thing is there, is that Sahir would never have taken this major step had Zaki not stepped in...proposal, jealousy, game plan,n now the marriage the knee jerk reaction from Sahir was due to his insecurities seeing Aarzoo with Zaki...subconsciously he loves Aarzoo but was in denial...

Also the report scene ... taking the test again scene looked abruptly cut it should have shown zaki's reaction and sahir looking at him ... u know did he feel uncomfortable or was he relaxed and didnt care or was he irritated ... kuch tou dikhana chahye tha followed by sahir trying to read his expressions

Editing has been an issue with the show from beginning ... reactions are not captured properly and now direction is all over the place too

Yes, I fully agree with u that in the marriage scene Zaki was not needed, n now in the future episodes if Zaki will spoil d party, then I will not think twice before bashing him...

Why I say the Creative team is bang on is my biasness towards Sahir, the range of emotions I get to c Sahir in, be it in action-reaction or dialogues given to Sahir I have no complains...

I am tired of seeing sugar coated hero's on TV...this anti hero is definately my cup of black coffee😆

As per other characters in the show, they r dependent on Sahir only...that will not change...only wish to c Aarzoo behave mature n understand Sahir...now tat she will be in the same room, no interference... The CVS r playing their cards right, only if the editing n direction would have been top notch, the impact would have been equally effective...

Superb Post Vandy, you have addressed everything that we have been thinking and saying all along. Its come to a point where the BTs have begun to look more interesting then the episodes. I don;t get it, they shoot the scenes with so many different angles n yet their end product is so shoddy. Even in the rain scene they showed Arzoo with a towel draped over her body. Its extreme carelessness, you don't expect it out of a PH that has given so many hit shows.

Despite the ridiculous mockery of the nikah, one positive thing is at least now they will remove the current montage. And have a little hope that the next one will have only SaAz
