Don't kill me, but Zaki proposing so abruptly is well, typical Zaki. The guy lives with his heart on his sleeve and is not one to read the other persons feelings. He confidently announced to Sahir that Arzoo loves him which is the main reason all this mess got created in the first place.

So now, rather insensitively, he will blurt out his feelings for Arzoo whilst she is still coming out of the trauma of heartbreak and attempted rape. Just because she vents about Sahir, doesn't mean she doesn't love him. And again it's that immaturity in Zaki that makes him speak at this point.

I would expect Arzoo to get annoyed with him. I think this will backfire on him totally. It's simply too soon. Arzoo is in no mood for love or marriage at the moment. Her thoughts are pre occupied with the assault and Sahir. If anything I would expect her to refocus on her work.

It does break my heart to see Sahir still suffering though. 😭

I don't think its a typical carefree Zaki behaviour VD. If you remember he has told Sahir time and again that Arzoo is truly in love with him that is why playing with her feelings is really wrong. Even when Sahir rescues her from the molester, Zaki goes to Sahir's room to seek answers and again tells him the extent of Arzoo's love and when Sahir does not respond, Zaki tells him that his heart is made of a black stone.

A guy who knows that the girl is crazily in love with his brother, seen them hug so close, seen his brother propose marriage to her, is not stupid for sure. Heck they come from a muslim background, Sahir can easily marry Arzoo if she agree, he knows that too, its not his immaturity, its his stubbornness to acquire what he wants badly enough that makes him blind to everyone else.

He forced Sahir's hand only when he found out that Arzoo loved Sahir and not him. He could have bided his time, told her when the time was right, its not like Sahir had proposed marriage to her, he had just proved Zaki wrong thats all. But Zaki in his haste, fearing that Sahir would propose, which he did, forced Sahir's hand to reveal all because he wanted Arzoo for himself and didn't want the duo's feelings to develop further.

N thats exactly what he's doing now. He knows aroo is mad at sahir, probably hates him and its time to strike when the iron is hot. He is hoping for a rebound, a hurt Arzoo has already hugged him close, held on to him, now if she agrees to his proposal in her anger, his life is set boss, Sahir be damned.

What Arzoo will do i do not know, but Zaki is taking advantage of the current situation for sure. I just hope she doesn't hurt Sahir further, he has already suffered enough for his wrongdoings and has admitted his mistake as well. You can;t hang a guy for that, and if she does, then, I am done with the show,
