what's the zeenat story?

Hey guys, I'm a new here. I just started watching humsafars like a few weeks ago. I really don't like sahir. Hr seems all serious and tortured but I guess I just don't like how he's been treating arzoo. No matter how sad his past was, and no matter how much arzoo tried to 'invade' his personal space, he had no right to abuse her emotionally like that. But that's besides the point. What I really want yo know is what's the deal with sahir and zeenat? What's this deal he keeps thinking about? Why is he so sad? Why is zeenat in the hospital? Can someone kinda catch me up with sahir's past? I doubt its gonna change my mind about him but it might lessen the annoyance a bit.

To understand Sahir's character you really need to watch the episodes from beginning or at least from Nov.. Its hard to explain.. he is not that rude/ insensitive that he looks now. To know essence of story and to understand the characters deeply, its needed to go back and watch the past episodes of youtube..you will enjoy more.😊

I don't know if I have the patience to go back watch all the old episodes. The last serial I watched was Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hair and that was a while back. I just kinda came across this when I came home so I'll continue yo watch it the next few weeks until I go back to college. However, I was just curious to know how this character is shaped.
