Small Question regarding TRP

I come late to home like around 9:30 -10 PM.I am feeling bad that I am not contributing towards TRP because I am a interent viewer.😭

In the time slot where humsafars airs, my family watches some regional shows.😊

I have asked my family to just switch on in between to Sony at that time slot. it will not hardly for 5 mins. Will it be fine if they do so to get TRP's.

How will they calculate the TRP's...

I don't want humsafars close or do something just to concentrate on TRP's..I don't want the flavor of the serial to be spoiled...
