As per Rival site article, when KA Accuses Arzoo in front of family about carrying Zaki's child. Arzoo wouldn't want to give up on her friendship with Zaki😕, she will fail to prove her innocence. Sahir wil express his displeasure at the situation.

And Arzoo definitely isn't!!

Come on...she will not want to reveal what about Zaki?? What is there that would shock his family??

Arzoo goes to the hospital with z and s...using this information ka says Arzoo is pregnant I think...or maybe she signs some report or papers or something to help her 'friend'...and then refuses to take Samairas name to help him yet again!

But...saying she isn't pregnant and never was should be enough even then...ok she won't tell why she went to hospital but why should that come in the way of proving her innocence?

Unless it's Dr. khurana any doctor can confirm she wasn't and isn't pregnant!🤣
