Episode starts with Zara bringing gifts for her family, she has brought them with the money Anam has given to her as an advance for modelling project.
Zara is thanking Anam for everything she has done for her, just when both see Arzoo in her new look. Both Aanam and Zara are impressed with Arzoo's make over, Anam feels Arzoo is doing all this in order to impress Sahir, Kurti appa calls Anam to inquire why didn't she coeme to the hospital, Anam lies Sahir has called her fro an important work.
In room, when everyone praise Arzoo , Zara feels neglected. Arzoo scolds Zara for taking money from Anam, and Zara answers her back. Arzoo is hurt.
In Zaki's room, Zaki is staring at Arzoo's photo; he has apparently fallen in love with Zaki, feels he and arzoo make a perfect couple.
Arzoo brings coffee for Sahir in his room. When she is about to leave, Sahir asks her the reason for her tears, Arzoo doesn't reveal it, says she will be back to normal in a while. Again she is about to leave, Sahir calls her and asks her to give Asharfi to him. Arzoo reluctantly says that she cnat give her to him as Asharfi is the only one with whom she shares her feelings. Then, Sahir asks her if he can join her when she talks to Arzoo, t which Arzoo agrees and says she herself will bring Asharfi to him whenever he feels like talking to her, they both exchange a pleasant smile.
In coridoor, Arzoo smiles at the picture of her and Sahir together, Zaki who is behind Arzoo misunderstand it to be his picture and feels elated.
Safaraz and Farah are talking about how to make Arzoo weak and use her to get into Saiyara. Farah suggests they bring Nausheen to their home and treat her as their maid, so that Arzoo will fulfil their demands.
Arzoo is working in Saiyara, Anam gives her few files to work on and plans to trap her. Anam cals Sarfaraz and informs him about the trap for Arzoo. Meanwhile, Sahir is requesting somebody no to cancel the contract just because of one error, he remembers Zeenat's words about business not being his cup of tea. He comes out of his room angrily, asks his employees who has got Sarafarz back in Saiyara. Anam points towards Arzoo, Both Arzoo and sahir shocked. Episodes ends.
