I wonder how it can even be a secret and why..come to think of it...he isn't exactly unknown...the fact he is married cannot be a secret...if it is they better have a good story!

And the last Thursday everyone including Alvira acted like they didn't know where he was...when Zaki and Arzoo landed in jail...and now it seems everyone knows he goes to the hospital..they can definitely reach him if they want to!
