Nothing makes sense...how they came back...why he hit himself...why is sarfaraz expecting that Nausheen would have spoken overnight...why is Nausheen so so so weak..

So things hav changed certainly...Arzoo could tell Sahir her mom is unwell this time!

It's probably Thursday so that explains why Sahir would look that lifeless?😕.
