Hi Guys! Who else LOVED the episode besides me? Please tell me there are some of you who share my enthusiasm...I really love both Sahir and Arzoo...! None of them is perfect...but their combination so hilarious! TOTALLY LOVING IT!!!

Poor Arzoo...josh mein Akar resignation toh de diya...you know when she thought she was going to be laid off any way...after the mall fiasco...but her attempts to contain the situation were totally useless...and her resignation was accepted...little did she know that what is being accepted was her resignation from the internship...because the more mature one had decided to hire her as a junior designer!

Don't you all just love Sahir for that? Since Lalit Mohan has come ...his character is being drawn up so nicely...he is the mature one, he is able to ignore the immature and dramatic resignation letter...he doesn't make a fuss about her apologizing...he explains to her in clear terms that was a lesson...how calm...and collected...totally LOVED HIm!

And to provide the contrast was Arzoo..., the impulsive one...who now regrets losing the only opportunity she had...There is no home in Luck ow to go back to...her safety net was no longer there and she didn't even know it when she was acting on impulse...all her dreams ...were shattered...Her stint over...FINITO! She wipes her tears...tries to suck it up...after all she was the one who gave the resignation...but never the less...the sadness of losing hope...losing opportunity...that was hers just a short while back...weighs in on her...and she goes home with heavy footsteps...

Whatever little courage she has left is totally shattered when she hears Dadi...consoling the rest of the family...and Zara vowing to walk on Apis footsteps...she can't face them...she can't break their heart...she can't tell them she has lost the only opportunity she had...she sits down on the steps and cries...

Could you have asked for anything better than to have Sahir see her crying...all broken...he walks towards her...not waiting any more to relieve her out of her misery...to tell her the good news...but doesn't do it...without playing with her a little...talking about the resignation ...asking her to sign and ...then presenting the offer letter...

Ha ha...Arzoo is not as impulsive to hug him...but she is so excited...she can't put two words together...straight...he tells her calmly about the lesson he was teaching her...she embarrassed at her childish behavior with him...accepting her mistake apologizing...

She is indeed a mistakebaaz ...but I LOVE HER none the less...as much as I am LOVING Sahir...! They are just so awesome together, a perfect combination...really looking forward to what's coming up...😃

More thoughts...

Zaki showed up today...it was really good to see him...although since the story is focusing on SaAz...I feel like Zaki has been sidelined...that's ok with me...for now...hope to see more of him later...

Any way... the scene he came for...he was in his element...flattering...making her feel like the most important person on earth...She, of course is totally focused on the charming one...,😃

So excited was Arzoo that she goes and thanks Alvira for all she has done...faces up to her mistakes...and she knows she has misunderstood Sahir ...his intentions...judged him harshly...she has no problem accepting it...She tells Alvira so...

And then she happily shares the news with Linda...the only person in the office who she could count as a friend...about her promotion...Linda is a true well wisher .feels happy for Arzoo...so when Linda is being put on a spot by the boss...Arzoo doesn't think twice before offering her services...any way...Alvira had asked her to go with Sahir...so she was mentally ready...and she loves to drive...so all this comes naturally to her...

Really looking forward to tomorrow...remembering the car trip scene in another favorite show of mine...a while back...still remember how lovely that was...

Alvira and Kurti...

I am in such a good mood today that nothing bothers me...even Kurti appa and Alvira...what Alvira did was really low...didn't think she will play in the same league as Kurti aapa...but I was wrong...they both are the same ...manipulating, scheming...being dishonest to achieve what they want...today was the first time I felt Alvira is a grey character...so far I was giving her the benefit of the doubt...

I was sympathetic to Anam today...what was done to her was wrong...no two opinions about it. I also thought it was justifiable that she didn't want to go to the fashion show...it is fashion and glamour industry we are talking about ...looks are important...

The whole veil scene was dramatic once again...it was in character for Sahir to refuse to go with Arzoo...overall well delivered by all actors...

It been a while since I saw the episode but hear are a few things I liked.

  • Arzoo admitted she shouldn't have written such immature things in the resignation letter when he was only trying to teach her a valuable lesson. ( I really didn't see it as a lesson but more of a clash of egos but we will put that aside. She was really immature in writing the resignation letter.)
  • She even admitted to Alvira that she was lucky to have received the opportunity she did due to her.
  • She even ADMITTED to Alvira that she MADE mistakes in the beginning and something about that needs to change.

Still did she need to do more? What else should she have done? I don't quite remember if she went through with the apology to Saahir or not? But did Saahir apologize for everything she went through in Saiyara because his most trusted employee was not all that trustworthy. When he knew she had a tendency to plagiarize and still believed her?

Yes she did show up to work late. But wasn't their a whole I have rash on my face so I will not go to my professional obligations drama going on at home that she also had to witness? Is having a rash on your face so you cant look your prettiest really a valid reason coming from a potential VP to back out of important events? don't know? And why cant she show Saahir? I found that weird? But I was completely against Alvira giving Anam rashes. It shows she can go to any extent just like Kurti and Anam to get what she wants. It makes me even more sure she might force a nigah on Saahir and Arzoo.

Also many thought Arzoo was gloating in front of Linda. But isn't that a natural reaction when something good happens to us we tell our close friends and family. Wasn't Linda Arzoo's first friend at work?

But I cant forget there was someone who went completely out of his way today. No matter how talented someone might be a boss would think a hundred times before giving someone a promotion after reading such an immature resignation letter. This man deserves credit. Perhaps he is not such a harsh boss after all or is he just giving Arzoo special treatment? Would he have done the same for Linda who didn't get to leave early for her son's birthday? Or is he already starting to change little by little due to Arzoo's affect on him. What ever it was he was the much more mature, understanding, and considerate person today. It would take a very humble man to promote someone who dared to say all things Arzoo wrote in the resignation letter to him.

P.S Also I have learned Saahir likes the word "seriously" a lot? Is that his defining expression like "what the" was for Arnav?

PPS. Great post and Lovely Collages by Shweta!

Hi Red...just a quick one...

Sahir and Sush both find Arzoo adorable, have already forgiven the mistakebaaz and we both use the word "seriously" a lot...😆 [although Sush says it with more emotions in AD...you know emphasizing the syllable "si" a lot more😛)
Looks like I have more than one thing in common with the charming one...😉

Oh...and sush likes burnt toast too...GO FIGURE!!!😃

Hi Sush ,

Loved the title ...on major ingredient was missing ,and boy oh boy what a difference adding that missing one has made ...Harshad is a seasoned actor from what I hear but Shiya for a new comer is amazing .I liked the epi ...everything worked even Kurti aapa ( Sorry Indra ) . We are in for a treat tomorrow ...loved the pre cap .

I want a boss like Sahir 😛

Loved it Di. Just loved the way Arzoo bumbled after getting the appointment letter and Sahir quietening her.
Then there was fleeting exasperation on his face when she said burnt toast...

Arzoo's expressions were a little to quick on receiving the appointment letter. She should have stared in complete disbelief for a complete minute, giving Sahir another chance to ogle at her...again my view.

Sush!
Haven't seen you this excited since IPK. I love your enthusiasm and I really liked the episode. But you know how much I love Sahir. He really is fair and decent and such a refreshing change from the norm.

Nanny Mcphee is quite intelligent even if she is completely OTT. The hand movements and gestures make me laugh so hard. . . 😆

Alvira is greyer than I thought she was. She will stop at nothing to see her son married to Arzoo; so much that she's "poisoning" bahu number 1. LOL

Can we please more of Zaki? He's so cute and lights up the screen and his chemistry with Arzoo, while not the same as Sahir's, is fun to watch.

Loved the episode to the core.
Torally agree with your thoughts on Arzoo and Sahir.
Shivya and Harshad are doing really good job.
Sahir's character is so mature and Arzoo's is impulsive but
I feel her emotions and reactions are so real. She is a
misatakebaaz but still won't shy away to accept her mistakes
and say sorry.want to know Alvira's real intentions.
Lalit Mohan's magic is showing reminds me of the other Gul show.
