She's keep throwing things on him everytime,from the start she's very abusive, I am already feeling bad for Sahir,one day she will be his humsafar for sure we all know that, I hope Sahir should do something about it soon or else, along with fabrics his face will be designed too with the marks given by Arzoo,she had not been alive to throw things on him if he had not saved her(though that scene was extremely stupid)from that crane in the very beginning and yeah he also saved her from dying from suffocation in that box,angry though but the first thing he did, was to break that box to save the girl.
My favorite character in this show is Sahir,I don't like seeing him abused like this.
