Ditto on every point you listed, Sush. 😊 For me personally, her shows make for light viewing. But do give her credit for not making her FL pushovers.

In spite of all the clichs, liked the first two episodes. Will definitely to give this show a watch. I have been hearing good things about HC. Only caught his first show... LRL. Was fairly decent. Did not see much mush there, though.

Good to see familiar faces... Ash, Pri, DN. 😊

DN, learnt to be master of the serial and remote long time back. The best way to watch a desi show. Easy to jump ship, and heart-ache be the minimum. Have not needed it for a Sony show yet. Let's see.

I like the show, the girls are not typical MAHAN ATMA'S is a plus point too (don't know about the future though) I am loving Harshad as Saahir but Shivya as Arzoo needs works both lookwise and actingwise, though her acting is good for a newbie but the look it needs improvement if not the suits then hairs for sure.

But as a Lucknowavi myself a few things disappoint me esp. the lehja (accent) it needs working as even the non-Muslims of Lucknow like me use a lot of simple Urdu words in daily life. Also the understated use of HUM is needed, not like the HUM IPK's cast used to say in every sentence but people a lil. bit of switching between MAI & HUM.

The Karkhana scene could have been shot in a local CHIKANKARI Factory to add a authentic touch. Asharfi is a sweetheart. I like Imli's, Kamrakh(Starfruit), Kaitha(Woodapple) & various Churan's accompanying them(My mouth started watering😆) so I love her fetish its quite common for UPians. The lil. sis is good, middle one is a lil. selfish i think. Daadi is adorable and mother seems average her craving for the douche-bag husband is annoying but that she allows her daughters to live their dreams is good. Saahir's mother a little stiff and too posh, hope to see her softer side. On that not lets see how the story unfolds.

yaar guls show gives u amazing chemistry of leads be it maaneet or arhi ..dark character of hero..chirpy heroine.and when the titans clash to dekhna to banta hai boss..plus i dont like saas bahu ronadhona..

Hi you all lovely people! Some familiar faces...some new...Thank you so much for visiting and sharing your thoughts! One of the reasons I shy away from making posts...is because of my inability to reply to the messages individually...but I can say...the following...

Yes...I totally agree with those of you who have said...Gul creates the magic between the leads...the way...her scenes linger...without too kuch happening...the way every moment feels like eternity...the way the leads cross each other's path...the way their destinies are intertwined together...Gul tells a story like no other...I have seen on Indian TV...

About the MLs talents you have all talked about ...yes I am looking forward to the show...He seems talented...but rather thin...and the bearded look...Hmmm...I guess goes with the dark and brooding personality...just like the burnt toast...😆

Love the contrast between him and the FL already...Love FL's smile...😃

Oh my gosh...the similarities between IPK and this ...so many...but who cares...I really watch such few shows...that repeat is a non issue...if presented with a soul...and this show seems to have the soul...👍🏼

I didn't watch QH in the beginning...but when I visited India this summer...I caught an episode or two of what you are calling QH2..I guess... And that's what made me realize what I have been missing since I watched IPK1...so here I am...and here you are...lets enjoy...

And yes...keep that remote handy...if it gets to be a drag...,For now...it is LOVELY!!! Loved the moon scene today...two people and two different ways to look at the same thing...this I'll be interesting

...what I already love about this show ...is how confident the FL is...and how modern in her thought process...beyond what Gul ever did with KKG...! So version 2.0 or 4.0 what ever you want to call it...has some new features alright!!,😃

For now I am watching...liking it as of yet...keeping the remote handy...Sush you are right abt Gul Khan creating magic...the background music...is sticking in my head and I have already started humming it...

I pairing is not working me though...going to give it time...and the accent is getting hard for me...I am not sure if it is Urdu or Hindi...
