I was talking about people and glam industry in general, where everyone is more obsessed with looks and getting work done on themselves rather than focussing on other things as well, it's kind of a sad state of affairs that actresses these days have to constantly inject themselves with botox, liposuctions and all in order to meet the "beauty standards", but in the process they all end up looking the same, the uniqueness factor is hardly there And it's hard not to be on social media these days so a big thumbs up to you darling, believe me it's a waste of time more often than not because I am pretty much active on FB, insta etc so talking from experience 😆 And Ash-Misty/Pokemon is all about nostalgia for me, it has been my fav pairing since childhood ❤️Originally posted by: canuck-umz
It's so hard to embrace aging so I completely get it when people can't. Aw thanks love! 🤗 I am not someone who is obsessed with looking pretty and what not. My makeup is super minimal and I am someone who leaves the house without makeup all the time. Thankfully, I am not on social media so I am not bombarded with unrealistic beauty ideals either and with my age I am able to see things with a clearer lens. I agree with being healthy and happy. I have the healthy and happy bit down but unfortunately, we all have something we want to change about ourselves and I believe that as long as people are able to do things in moderation then it's perfectly fine to make that change. I truly wish for what you said. You are so strong!
Haha funny thing is YT recommended a video of James today and I fell into a bit of a Pokémon rabbit hole. Ash-Misty are my favourite too! Child me was basically a pokeshipper and I was so young lol! I look forward to your next Ash-Misty dp.
