Why do actresses ruin their faces like this? Sigh.

Using Catherine Zeta Jones as an example of plastic surgery gone wrong because she used to look so beautiful before she did this to her face! The structure of her face has changed completely.

Some have the fear of aging ; other -despite being deemed beautiful by many- are full on insecurities and some are adviced by their entourage to change that little thing or have that part redone.

Anyways to be an actors or someone in showbusiness one has to be at one self-confident -to have the guts to perform and be out there- and sself-conscious -so that they always want to improve.

Catherine, like many others, must have been conscious of her looks as the years go by. Most of them are scared to lose their beauty. There are very few like Monica Bellucci, who chose to age naturally.

That being said, I shudder what would happen to the younger generation who have been going overboard with all types fo surgeries, fillers and botox in their 20s.

Even I don't understand why they have to go ahead and destroy all their natural beauty like that . There could be many reasons, these actresses are in a cutthroat competition with each other all the time, showbiz is not a permanent business so they must survive by hook or crook, there may be tons of insecurities within them or someone else might persuade them to go under the knife because everyone else does it. We see many young actresses, who haven't even entered their mid 20s opting for surgeries, before entering the glam world.I hardly see any actresses/actors, no matter whatever the age, being confident under their own skin and not resorting to artificial enhancements on themselves.

There has been a rise in surgeries due to the popularity of Facetune and stuff. People want to look like what they look like on Insta and stuff. So that may be part of the reason why people in their early 20s are getting a lot of work done. Then there is also that certain features are trending so people are following trends. Then there's insecurities, dysmorphia, and genuinely wanting to fix something about yourself.

I may never truly understand why a beautiful woman would go under the knife but I can I understand older women getting work done because aging really is scary. It's my greatest fear too. Every few months I get my sister to search through my head because I am afraid of greying. I want to get a bit of work done too but fortunately I don't have an addictive personality and I am super lazy so I would be one and done. When you are in the public eye such as acting, singing, modeling etc. there is a lot more pressure and your window of opportunity a lot smaller.

It's so hard to embrace aging so I completely get it when people can't. Aw thanks love! 🤗 I am not someone who is obsessed with looking pretty and what not. My makeup is super minimal and I am someone who leaves the house without makeup all the time. Thankfully, I am not on social media so I am not bombarded with unrealistic beauty ideals either and with my age I am able to see things with a clearer lens. I agree with being healthy and happy. I have the healthy and happy bit down but unfortunately, we all have something we want to change about ourselves and I believe that as long as people are able to do things in moderation then it's perfectly fine to make that change. I truly wish for what you said. You are so strong!

Haha funny thing is YT recommended a video of James today and I fell into a bit of a Pokémon rabbit hole. Ash-Misty are my favourite too! Child me was basically a pokeshipper and I was so young lol! I look forward to your next Ash-Misty dp.

Damn sad. I really loved her. She had a really unique face. Another one that makes me sad is Courtney Cox. Another naturally beautiful face ruined for no reason.
